If moves by HTC and Samsung are any indicator, 2013 is the year of the camera.  Samsung's Galaxy S 4 steps up to a 13-megapixel camera, and with it comes some nifty new features that users are sure to love.  Sound and Shot allows the user to take a picture and up to nine seconds of audio; Drama Shot allows for the combination of burst shots; and Cinema Photo, which allows the user to remove motion out of pictures.  There's also a unique feature which allows the user to simultaneously use the front and rear cameras.  It's going up against HTC's UltraPixel camera found in the One.  What do you think of the improvements?
