Featuring a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 4-inch WVGA display, 5-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 1,850 mAh battery, and 4G LTE.  It's a mid-range device with some pretty great specs.  Is it worth it for those that don't want to splurge on the Galaxy S III or Note II?  Part 1 of 2.
