The Galaxy S 4 isn't the only flagship smartphone on AT&T that's receiving a major update today. AT&T just announced that BlackBerry Z10 owners on its network can update to BlackBerry 10.1 starting today, July 9. The update is available over the air by going into Settings > Software updates > Check for updates or through the BlackBerry Link desktop software. So just what's inside this BlackBerry 10.1 update for the AT&T Z10? The list of changes from AT&T's support page is as follows:
BlackBerry has previously said that the BlackBerry 10.1 update includes goodies like an HDR mode in the Camera app and improved attachment support in BlackBerry Hub. Once the dust settles and you've installed this new update, your AT&T Z10 should be on OS version 10.1.0.2074 and software release 10.1.0.2019. If those numbers match up with the ones that you're seeing on your Z10's display, be sure to swing by the comments section below to give us your first impressions of BlackBerry 10.1 on AT&T's Z10!
