The AT&T 4G LTE expansions continue today, as the big blue carrier has announced another pair of cities that are have gained LTE coverage. The two markets that are joining AT&T's LTE club today are Cincinnati, Ohio, as well as Fayetteville and Wilmington, N.C.
AT&T has been flipping on its 4G LTE network in several cities across the country in recent weeks, which is exciting news both for its customers that already own an LTE-capable device as well as those users that are expecting an iPhone 5 delivery tomorrow. Earlier this month, AT&T named over 40 markets that will gain access to its LTE network before 2012 is up, and since then the company has steadily been flipping its LTE switches in those cities. There's no word yet on which areas will gain AT&T LTE next or when we'll see the next expansion, but considering AT&T's recent activations, it wouldn't be a surprise to see AT&T spread its LTE airwaves to more cities very soon. Today's announcements are available below.
