It's been widely speculated that Apple is planning to introduce iOS 6 at next week's Worldwide Developers Conference, but it looks like we needn't wonder any longer. A handful of photos posted by 9to5 Mac shows an iOS 6 banner being raised inside the Moscone West convention center, where Apple's WWDC 2012 gathering is scheduled to go down. 

While it's not a total surprise to learn that iOS 6 will make its debut at WWDC, especially considering that Apple used WWDC last year to announce iOS 5, it's still nice to get confirmation of at least part of Apple's plans. Of course, we still don't know for sure exactly what will be different with iOS 6, but the rumor mill has claimed that some of the new features we may see include a new Apple-made Maps app, Facebook integration and Siri for iPad, just to name a few. Good thing we don't have much longer to wait before the show kicks off.
