A growing number of reports point to new handhelds coming from Sidekick-maker Danger in the next year. Most likely more than two new models are on tap, both from SK 1/2/3 manufacturer Sharp and Motorola, which means QWERTY-loving consumers may have some interesting choices in the coming months.
The Sidekick 4, Slide, LX, and LE have all been tossed around the Web as possible/probably forthcoming model names, with various renderings and specs accompanying the reports. Check the link below for more information and speculation.
Additionally, reports have surfaced that mobile MySpace will be coming to SK3 and SK iD users in the short-term, and will also come pre-installed on the forthcoming "Zante" (a code name for one of those new SKs). The Slashphone report includes renderings/screenshots of a MySpace app running on an SK3-style interface, and makes no bones about Danger and
T-Mobile's intent to get a piece of a market currently owned by Helio.
