There have been so many Pixel 4 leaks to date that it may well be the most-leaked smartphone we've ever seen. One detail that's mostly remained a mystery, though, is the price of the Pixel 4. That may have just changed.
A new report says that the Pixel 4 price will start at $799 while the Pixel 4 XL will start at $899. That's according to a carrier source speaking to the folks at Droid-Life. Those prices line up with the starting prices of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL.
The Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL are expected to start at 64GB of internal storage, and so those prices are likely applicable to the 64GB models. With the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, Google charged an extra $100 for the more capacious 128GB versions, and so we could see the 128GB Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL cost $899 and $999, respectively.
While they wouldn't be cheap, it would be nice to see Google use the same pricing for the Pixel 4 phones as it did with the Pixel 3 models. If these leaked prices are accurate, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL will be priced competitively with other flagship smartphones on the market like the Galaxy S10, Note 10, and iPhone 11 Pro.
What do you think of these rumored prices? Would you buy a Pixel 4 for $799?
