I honestly hate Sprint. They have horrible customer service and phone service, you have to wait on the phone for hours for a problem.The line gets dropped every time. To the people that read this dont get sprint. You get really stupid charges on your bill. We had to pay 600 dollars for 4 days. No one gave me a reason they always make excuses and lies to get the truth out. ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THIS COMPANY?!?!

I switched from Metro Piece of Crap to Sprint in January 2012 in hopes of better coverage and to get the newest iPhone (4s). My job also offered a percentage off your bill when going with sprint, so I thought why not? I?ve had Sprint for 5 months?.FIVE, and have already had numerous problems with my bill and given false information. Like posted before, I talked to several people on customer support and in retail stores only to be given a different excuse each time. Sprint isn?t a horrible phone SERVICE but the people who work there are complete idiots, so make sure when you do sign a 2-year contract, you get someone who actually knows what they?re talking about. If you call customer service and honestly #@&ch long enough, you?ll get MOST issues resolved. I still wouldn?t go back to Metro, but I double check EVERYTHING on my bill before it is automatically taken from my bank account.

WORST SERVICE EVER - DROPS CONSTANTLY - BEWARE!!!!

We moved from Verizon to Sprint and it was the WORST MOVE WE EVER MADE. Every 4th phone call drops, every 10th text message sends back an error. It's HORRIBLE> It's not worth the savings (I know Verizon costs a bit more)... THEY WILL NOT HELP - REALLY, it's just been such a pain since day 1. I stuck it out for 8 months because I was trying to make it work, but today - I've switched back to Verizon. SO LONG SPRINT, HAPPY to say goodbye!!!!!!

Rip Off--Over Charges!!!!! BEWARE

STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT BY ALL MEANS. They lie and are unwilling to help you. I have been a customer for 10 years and have a family plan, which is suppose to offer the 2nd line free then $ 19.99 for each additional. Shame on me for not totally looking my bill over, they have been charging me $19.99 for all other 3 lines. 2 of which are not smart phones. I went on their web site as a new customer and chose the same plan & 4 smart phones. Get ready IT'S THE SAME PRICE that I'm paying now!!!! I called them and after continually trying to get my point across that it's insane that I'm paying that much for what I have, yep you guessed I was there NOTHING they can do. However I could always add 2 smart phones which by the way would cost me MORE then if I were a new customer.. I was told no matter what I would have to pay for each additional line that it's not included anymore as of Feb 2012. I read the rep exactly what THEIR web site stated ( the 2nd line was INCLUDED) I was told that was incorrect and their system seems to not have updated that information yet. REALLY AFTER 4 MONTHS it hasn't updated but yet they have the brand new HTC Evo LTE that just came out over the weekend advertised. Bottom line they lie, their customer service is horrible, they over charge you then will do nothing to rectify the issue. I told them they can eat their early termination fees and I would glady spend the $ 70.00 extra to switch to Verizon..

Overcharged $%^& Sprint

I had sprint for almost 2 years and they didn't say anything to me about data roaming until I was due for upgrade. They terminated my contract without giving me any options to work it out. They told me my final bill would be $75 and charged me $300+ for my final bill and didn't even give me a opportunity again to work with them before sending my bill to a collections agency. I had sprint years before this and should have learned when they screwed me years again they would only do it again. Go somewhere other than Sprint is the best advice I can give anyone!!!! STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT!!!!

BUNCH of CROOKS and LIARS and THIEVES

August 2011 was lured into renewing my service contract with Sprint for 2 more years. Offered as an added enticement free phone upgrades. I stated being on a fixed income and disabled I could not pay more than the $75 a month family plan I am currently paying. Was told by customer service not a problem whatsoever. So I verbally agreed . Now May 2012 my phone bill went up $12 a month. Several calls were made , several management levels all the way to Tim from Sprint at (913) 762-8318 informed me the special had ended . I informed Tim it wasn?t a special , it has been the price I was paying for 4 years. Tim told me basically I was screwed , nothing he would or could do and I am locked into this agreement for 2 years. My suggestion to whoever reads this RUN!!!! Go somewhere else , they lie to you , treat you like garbage while they steal your money. Robbing a disabled people seems to be a fun game for Sprint.

worst phone network experience ever!!

the customer service is absolutely terrible! they are confused and have no idea what they are doing, i got charged 230 and 265 (first and second month bill), when it was supposed to be 95 for each month. i am soo freaking mad, the dumb dude telling me i cant get out of the contract too

Worst service ever

I paid my bill and they are charging me for two months like I did not pay my bill. And they are charging me activation fee when I bought the phone online and it said no activation fee. The 4G is a joke because you can even get a signal anywhere you go. Can't use Facebook without WIFI. They advertise unlimited data and 4G but you can't get internet anywhere and I live in Miami. I will never recomend Sprint to anyone. Don't waste your money.

awful customer service

Hi, today I went to 4 sprint locations, and I talked to 4 people on sprint support. Overall the customer service was awful. I am extremely disappointed and it was a headache dealing with these issues. The 1st man I talked to on the phone promised me a new phone free of charge because of the issue with my phone, I then got transferred and the next person said I couldn?t get a new phone and I would have to go through insurance. Then the 2nd person got her supervisor to give me a second opinion, the supervisor connected me to technical support who told me she made a ticket for me and that I could go to a sprint store and have the phone looked at. The person on technical support said with the ticket I?d be able to either get the phone fixed or I could get a new phone without going through insurance and without having to pay the deductable. I think that because I am a young girl, and I was polite that nobody exerted effort toward solving my problem. After my call with technical support I went to the sprint store. They said they couldn?t help me, I?m extremely disappointed in sprint and I can?t help but feel that if I was a man and rude to the employees my problem would have been solved.

goodbye sprint

I was with sprint for 8 years and never was late paying my bill, not once. In the past 8 years I have only upgraded my phone once and my broadband never. So I went for a upgraded phone and 4g broadband. A month and half later my phone was literally falling apart, they wanted 35.00 to repair it. I told them my broadband would only pickup 3g. Sprint told me they did not have 4g in my area and had no idea when they would. Two months later the new broadband total quit working. I called customer and expanded the issues, I was told they could not change my contract and I should have check my area to see if I had 4g coverage before changing.I told the person to activate my old phone and broadband. He said I would be called by Sprint for a survey and ask if I would report that he solved all my issues, I told him no I would not, he said he would not activate my old phone and broadband unless I gave him a good review. I said you got to be kidding he said he was not kidding. I told I would give a good him a good review, he then activated my phone and broadband, this guy has to be an idiot. I could go no and on but a long story short, I used my old phone and old broadband until it was cheaper to pay the ETF's then to complete contract. I am glad I quit Sprint, and so is my current carry.
