Metro PCS is a horrible company because their services SUCK! I know how fustrating this can be and I know how fustrating it is to pay ridiculous prices for unlimited talk, text, and data for certain carries. I also understand that many of us do not like being stuck in contracts. DO NOT worry there is a solution and there is a company that partners and uses the same towers as T-mobile. The cost for unlimited talk, text, and data? $49! That is CORRECT! If you would like more information on this please contact me at 626-315-2212

bad service

I got a metro pcs phone like two months ago, and I regret it. I got the nokia windows 8 phone. The phone is good and making phone calls. But texting and sending pictures is no good. Im paying the 60 dollar plan which means talk tex and web is unlimited. Im only getting talk and web. Support helped me before when I culdnt send picture messeages. now im having a hard time sending tex. This is the last draw its to much head akes with this phone I will be going back to boost

Good Call Center Action_Horrible Execution

Words cannot capture this. I am the perfect customer. I will spend $70/month easy= $4,200 over 60months ( I spent $200/m w ATT now). I saw the ad on Aurora Ave for Metro. I bought a phone ( Nokia 920). Bought their SIM card. Bottom line, they can't make it happen, no connect, no action, no happy. We are GSM in Seattle and I spent hours with Filipino call center ( no help ). They never made it happen. I callked Nokia, they said MetroPCS is a mess, their networks are confused (CDMA) and just put a T-Mobile Card in and magic. I did and Magic..it all works great..in about 4 minutes. So MetroPCS sucks right now. Maybe they will not in a month or so I will try...but STAY AWAY...They are a MESS.

customer service sucks you cant understand the person they are from timbuck too the worst service in the world it is true you get what you pay for it is not worth the trouble stay away from this company it is crap

service if very poor, very spotty. the customer service was a joke and getting the service i found out how lazy their employees are. who would use 12345678 as a password. i wasnt asked to give them a code they made it for me(password wasnt mentioned, was wondering). true to capitalism unlimited has very strict limits. you get what you pay for, all too true with this company. next time i want on internet or use phone i will remember the lesson learned, i dont need internet, or phone as much as i thought. THANK YOU METROPCS FOR ALLOWING ME THE LESSON. i would not recommend to worst enemy as they deserve better service than these folks can provide.

Your company needs to get it together I have been paying my phone bills and not receiving mobile data,calls and texts this is outrageous and I still had to pay for a new SIM card

Really unhappy

I broke my phone for the 1st time and did an insurance claim to get a new one! What a nightmare!! I got the new one in the mail and when trying to activate it, it took almost an hour because the person on their end of the line wouldn’t listen to me and kept cutting me off! Then after five days of having my new phone, I was talking on it when it cut out and said no service on the top left corner. Went into metro after not having service and they look my phone up that I received through insurance and it is blacklisted!!!! How in the hell do I get a new phone from y’all and it is blacklisted?! And the lady that called insurance claim handed me the phone and the lady on the insurance end told me that she would email me a label and to send the phone back then they will send me a new one!!!!! Why can’t they send me a new one now? This is not my screw up! I shouldn’t go without a phone for days because insurance claim, that I paid $200 for, sent me a stolen phone! I am so pissed and confused about all this! By the way she said they would email me a label and I have not received on! And how does that even work???? I have to go somewhere and print the label off my email to send a phone back that no one can put service back on??

Worst service, worst cellphone company I've ever come across

The good: cheap unlimited plan. no contractThe bad: for the first week, my husband (on metropcs) could not call me (on sprint). It took them 8 days to fix that. Then he went to Annapolis and Washington DC where there should be coverage - there wasn't. He has never been able to use call waiting - turns out his phone is defective. He asked them well could he upgrade please? They said sure but won't give him a dime of a refund. And we're only three weeks into it. Summary: In the three weeks we've had Metro PCS, we have HATED them. Firstly, in the first week my husband had his phone, he could NOT call me (I"m on a sprint network) - there was a problem with metropcs cell towers. WHen he needed to call me, he had to pull over to a payphone to call me. His employee, also on metropcs, could not call me on the sprint network. On the 8th day, however, they fixed the problem. Then my husband went to Washington DC and Annapolis and could not get a signal at all. Metropcs's response? Well, maybe he should try roaming, at an extra charge. I said "but you're supposed to WORK in that area" - their response "oh well, too bad." Thirdly, all this time he has not been able to use call waiting. When he pressed the talk button, he cut everyone off - which is most frustrating and he lost customers because of this. He finally took the phone back and surprise surprise, they said it's faulty - so they are ordering a new one. He asked if he could upgrade to a better phone, and they said sure, but we will not give you ANY money back on this old phone - it's USED! He said but it's faulty - and after all the problems we've had, why can't you help me = I want to pay a lot more money and get a better phone but you MUST give me some credit for this phone - they refused. I spoke to Jose Fernandez in the store in Hialeah - a more useless cretin you could not find anywhere on this planet. I told him all these problems, and he said "I'm so sorry", so I said "that's nice, but what are you going to do about this?" and he said "Nothing." THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They have a good monthly plan if you don't mind dropped calls and terrible reception and no signal when you leave Fort Lauderdale or MIami - but they are just awful. The worst customer service in the entire world - definitely the worst experience I have had. I remember the very next day after my husband first got this plan and the new phone - we were unhappy with the phone and we wanted to take it back - and my husband had used 1 hour and 12 minutes of talk time - AND THEY SAID NO WAY! YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS PHONE, you only have 59 minutes of talk time to use before it becomes a USED PHONE and we will not take it back. Seriously, I cannot use the language I"d like to use to describe the services of Jose Fernandez and his boss, Richard, at the Hialeah store, more useless, non-caring, impartial, pathetic people you could not wish to meet. I rue the day we EVER switched to metro pcs and will be canceling at the endo f this month. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have to say I love Sprint - but I wish they had a cheaper "unlimited talk" plan, then my husband would switch to that, but as it is, they are too expensive. You get what you pay for. Metropcs is cheap and 80% of the time doesn't work! GARBAGE. AVOID

They are the worst business i have come across!!!! Roud unprofessional Money hungr . Cowards that his behind a repertoire business like asseron as take no fault for anything there representative do our the company itself. I am going to boost. I do know what made me even think off trying a different company.people don't need it get caught in shuch an unprofessional company as this.
