We've seen a few Galaxy S21 details leak out in recent months, including renders and a few spec details, but today every last tidbit about Samsung's next flagships has been revealed.
The near-complete spec lists for the Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra have leaked out. A report from Android Police says that the three phones will indeed look like those leaked renders that surfaced last month, complete with a wrap-around style camera bump design.
When it comes to specs, all three phones will come equipped with Qualcomm's still-unannounced Snapdragon 875 processor or Samsung's Exynos 2100, depending on where in the world you are. Each one is expected to have support for 5G and Wi-Fi 6, but the S21 Ultra will be the only one to support Wi-Fi 6E which Samsung says is 2x faster than Wi-Fi 6.
The Galaxy S21 will reportedly have a 6.2-inch FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate while the Galaxy S21+ will pack a 6.7-inch FHD+ screen with 120Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a 6.8-inch WQHD+ screen with 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate that the source says is "one of the best displays on any smartphone." It'll purportedly have a peak brightness of 1,600 nits, up from the S20 Ultra's 1,400 nits, and a higher contrast ratio.
Samsung is expected to make the Galaxy S21 Ultra's camera array beefier than its siblings, too. While the Galaxy S21 and S21+ are each said to have 12MP main and ultra wide cams plus a 64MP telephoto camera, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is reportedly going to get a 108MP main camera with a second generation sensor, a 12MP ultra wide, a 10MP 3x optical zoom cam, and a 10MP 10x optical zoom camera, plus a 100x Space Zoom and a laser autofocus sensor.
The Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra will have 4000mAh, 4800mAh, and 5000mAh batteries, respectively, with 25W fast charging support. Samsung is also said to be adding the ability to record 4K 60fps video to all of the cameras on these phones rather than limiting that feature to the main cam, and all three phones will run Android 11 with Samsung's One UI 3.1 out of the box.
Today's report also backs up previous rumors that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will include S Pen support. Samsung isn't expected to include an S Pen in the box with the S21 Ultra, but it will sell cases that'll let you store the stylus on the outside of the phone's body.
When it comes to colors, the Galaxy S21 series will have new "Phantom" color options like violet, pink, gray, and white for the S21; silver, black, and violet for the S21+; and black and silver for the S21 Ultra. They'll purportedly have different colors for the frame and camera bump depending on the model, like the violet and pink colors having "a copper body".
Finally, Samsung is expected to use a plastic rear cover for the Galaxy S21 while the top-end Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a glass backside. The S21+'s materials aren't yet known.

It's looking like the Galaxy S21 series won't be a radical change from last year's Galaxy S20 phones, but the new models should offer some nice upgrades here and there. For example, the Galaxy S21+'s battery is bigger than the S20+ battery, and Samsung is expected to give the S21 Ultra a laser autofocus sensor to avoid the autofocus issues that the S20 Ultra had.
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S21 series in January, earlier than it's debuted its Galaxy S flagships in recent years. And rumors say that the S21 phones may have lower price tags than their S20 counterparts, which could help make them more appealing.
