One day after the timing for Samsung's next big Unpacked event leaked, the date has been confirmed.
Samsung today revealed that its next Galaxy Unpacked event will happen on February 11th. It'll take place in San Francisco, CA and will kick off at 11:00 am PT/2:00 pm ET.
One thing that Samsung doesn't confirm in its announcement is exactly what will be revealed at the event, saying only that it will "unveil new, innovative devices that will shape the next decade of mobile experiences." We can see two shapes in the place of the two "A"s in the word "Galaxy" that could give us a hint at what Samsung has planned, though.
The first shape is a rectangle that looks similar to the rear camera bump that we've seen in leaked Galaxy S20 renders. Plus, the timing of this event would line up with Galaxy S flagship announcements in recent years.
The other shape is more like a square. It could be the clamshell Galaxy Fold, which leaked photos have shown will have a square shape when its folded up.
