Now that Apple products are officially available from Amazon, we regularly see them on sale for less than you can get them from Apple. Today it's the new Apple AirPods that are being discounted.
You can now get AirPods 2 from Amazon at a sale price. The AirPods are currently backordered until July 13th, but you can place an order now to get the discounted price and your AirPods 2 will ship when they're back in stock.
These are the new AirPods 2 that Apple launched earlier this year. Their upgrades include a new H1 chip that'll get you up to 50 percent more talk time, faster connection switching, and support for "Hey Siri", which lets you activate the Siri assistant using just your voice.
Amazon's deal applies to the AirPods 2 with the standard charging case. That means that you're not getting wireless charging, but you can still recharge your AirPods using a Lightning cable. If you do want wireless charging, you can always buy the AirPods 2 Wireless Charging Case separately later on.
