Less than one week after the pink HTC One A9 was announced, another hero Android phone is getting some new pink duds.
The Sony Xperia Z5 is getting a new pink color option. Sony describes the color of the Xperia Z5 Pink as “warm,” “sophisticated,” and “a light dusky pink.” Sony says that the Xperia Z5 Pink will launch in February 2016, but no other release or pricing details have been given.
Besides this new color, the Xperia Z5 Pink is the same phone as the one that debuted in September 2015. That means that it’s got a 5.2-inch 1920x1080 display, octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 2900mAh battery, and 23-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras.
With this new model, the Xperia Z5 will be available in black, white, gold, green, and pink color options. The pink on this new Xperia Z5 actually looks a bit pale, which could make it a nice option for folks that want a unique color that’s not super in-your-face.
