Nexus 6P begins shipping to pre-order buyers

Good news, Nexus fans! Just days after the Nexus 5X officially launched, it looks like Google has begun shipping out the Nexus 6P.

Several folks are now reporting that they’ve received shipping notifications for the Nexus 6P units that they ordered from the Google Store. It looks like orders are expected to begin hitting doorsteps in the next week or two, with some folks claiming that they’ll get their phones as soon as October 26, while other orders are showing an estimated delivery in early November.

The Nexus 6P is one of the more hotly-anticipated smartphones of the year, so it’s exciting to see that it’ll soon be arriving in users’ hands. Unfortunately, if you want to buy a Nexus 6P but didn’t pre-order right away, you might be waiting a bit, because right now you can’t buy one from the Google Store. Instead, Google is adding names to a waitlist and promising to alert them when more Nexus 6P stock becomes available. If you just can’t wait, though, Huawei is still taking orders for the Nexus 6P.

Did you order a Nexus 6P? If so, have you gotten your shipment notification?
