Alcatel OneTouch has released a couple of major projects in the past few months — the Idol 3 and the OneTouch Watch — and now you can get ‘em both for one price.
Alcatel OneTouch is now offering a bundle that includes the Idol 3 and the OneTouch Watch smartwatch for $299.99. You can get the bundle from Alcatel OneTouch itself or from Amazon. The included Idol 3 is the 5.5-inch version, meaning that you’re getting a smartphone with a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 display as well as a 13-megapixel rear camera, dual front-facing speakers, and a microSD slot. The Alcatel OneTouch Watch has a 1.22-inch 240x204 display and a battery that’s rated to last between two and five days.
Sold separately, the Idol 3 sells for $249.99 and the OneTouch Watch is $149.99, so this back-to-school bundle offers some nice savings. In our review of the Idol 3, we found it to be a “fantastic phone” that’s comfortable in hand and has a good display. And while it sells for $249 alone, it’d be a good device if it sold at $300, too. But now you can get both the Idol 3 and a smartwatch to connect to it for $300.
