If you’ve got a device that’s enrolled in the Windows Phone Preview for Developers program, the time for you to update has come once again.
Microsoft is now pushing an update to users in the Preview for Developers program that bumps devices up to software version 8.10.14203.306. According to the folks at Windows Central, the update will enable the Battery Saver Live Tile to show real time updates, letting you easily check how much juice your phone’s battery has.
This new Preview for Developers update may not sound like a big deal, but the upgraded Battery Saver Live Tile is big news for folks that like to constantly be aware of their phone’s charge. Sure, you could check it by pulling down the Action Center, but this new Live Tile lets you view your battery percentage even more quickly on your Start screen.
In order to grab this update, you need to be in the Preview for Developers program. You can then jump into Settings and Phone Update and start your download.
