T-Mobile now selling LG Optimus F3, Optimus F6 and G2 coming soon

T-Mobile confirmed earlier today that it plans to add the LG G2 to its magenta shelves, but that's not the only new LG device that T-Mo will be stocking. T-Mobile announced today that it's now offering the LG Optimus F3 in stores and online and that the Optimus F6 will follow in the near future.

First up, the Optimus F3 is now available with a $0 down payment and 24 monthly installments of $10 each. Full retail price for the Optimus F3 is set at $240. In exchange for their hard-earned dollars, Optimus F3 buyers will be getting a device with a 4-inch 800 x480 display, 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8930 processor, 4G LTE, 4GB storage, microSD slot and 1GB RAM. There are also 5-megapixel rear and VGA front cameras on the F3, as well as a 2,460mAh battery powering the whole show. The Optimus F3 will come preloaded with Android 4.1.2 and an array of LG software features, including Voice Shutter and QuickMemo.

The Optimus F6 sports many of the same specs as its Optimus F3 sibling, including the same 1.2GHz dual-core processor, the same amount of storage and RAM, the same 4G LTE support and the same 2,460mAh battery. It does have a larger 4.5-inch 960x540 display, though, and it's also got 5-megapixel rear and 1.3-megapixel front cameras. The Optimus F6 will sport Android 4.1.2 when it hits shelves, and while T-Mobile isn't ready to talk pricing or availability yet, it promises that it'll share more information in the coming weeks.

Rounding out the LG trio is the new G2. Just as LG announced earlier, it's packing a 5.2-inch 1080p IPS display, 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 13-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization, 2.4-megapixel front shooter and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. T-Mobile will be carrying a version of the G2 that plays nicely with its 4G LTE network, and just as with the Optimus F6, details on pricing and availability will be released in the coming weeks.

T-Mobile's trio of new LG devices cover both the entry-level and higher-end portions of the market: the Optimus F3 assuming the "easy on the wallet" role, the Optimus F6 offering a slight step-up from the F3 and the G2 being the device that will be sought after by consumers that value bleeding edge specs. It's good to see that T-Mobile will indeed be offering the G2 after it missed out on the original Optimus G, giving the Magenta Army yet another high-end Android option when it comes time to snag a new smartphone later this year. Now we just have to wait and see when the thing will actually launch and how much it'll cost when it does.
