Motorola DROID RAZR M hits Best Buy's site with new Platinum paint job and blue buttons [UPDATED]

Motorola and Verizon recently announced a new pink version of the DROID RAZR M ahead of Valentine's Day, bringing the total number of different DROID RAZR M versions up to three after the original black and white models. Now that total has grown to four, as Verizon's RAZR M has snuck onto Best Buy's website sporting some new duds. The unit you see above is referred to by Best Buy as "Platinum," and along with the gray color that wraps around the edges of the device, this RAZR M also sports a blue power/lock key and volume rocker.

While it's not at all a surprise to see yet the DROID RAZR M get yet another new paint job, especially considering all of the colors that the original DROID RAZR came in, it is somewhat strange to see this Platinum version with Best Buy blue accents randomly appear on the retailer's website. But hey! I'm not one to complain about having more choice, and the combination of the black bezel, gray edges and blue buttons doesn't look too shabby. If you agree, Best Buy is currently asking $49.99 for the Platinum DROID RAZR M with a two-year contract or $599.99 without. The "Add to Package" button is ready to coax your credit card out of its hiding spot in your wallet at the Best Buy link below.

UPDATE: Motorola has announced the Platinum DROID RAZR M on its official blog. The post reveals that the Platinum version is a Best Buy exclusive, so you'll need to head to the big box retailer (or hit up its website using the link below) to snag one.
