The Huawei Ascend Mate, Ascend D2 and Ascend W1 have all been the subject of their own leaks in recent months, but today all three smartphones have come together to take part in a leak that's almost as large as the 6.1-inch Ascend Mate. Official-looking press images for all three handsets have been posted by @evleaks on Unwired View, giving us another look at the phones before their CES debuts. First up is the Ascend Mate, which features a 6.1-inch 1080p display. The unit shown in today's leak sports an all-white design that differs from the black/gray model that we've seen in the past and also includes a skinned version of Android.
Next is the Huawei Ascend D2. This device touts a 5-inch 1080p display and 1.9-megapixel camera on its face, a 13-megapixel shooter on its backside and the combo of a 1.5GHz quad-core processor and 3,000mAh battery under its hood. Today's image shows the same white model that we got a peek at last week, but it also gives us a clean look at the entirety of its face, including the on-screen navigation keys.
The final device in today's leak is the Windows Phone 8-powered Ascend W1. It's expected to feature a 4-inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 2,000mAh battery. As you can see in the image below, it's also due to arrive in white, black, blue and pink, continuing the trend of Windows Phone manufacturers offering their hardware in several color options.
While several of the spec details for these three devices have surfaced, some details that we're still without at this point relate to their release dates and whether or not they'll be made available here in the U.S. The good news is that CES 2013 kicks off next week, so it won't be long before Huawei spills the beans on these devices, and you can bet that we'll be live at the big show when it does. Huawei will be expanding its presence in several different categories with this trio of phones, and it'll be interesting to learn what the company's plan of attack is when it comes to availability and pricing.
