Nokia Lumia 920 now available for $49.99 from AmazonWireless

The Nokia Lumia officially launched on AT&T on November 9, and like the Lumia 900 before it, it featured a price tag of just $99.99 on release day. That's not a bad price for a new, high-end smartphone, but now customers that've been holding out for an even more wallet-friendly price can also pick up Nokia's latest. Amazon is now offering the Lumia 920 for $49.99 with a two-year contract on its AmazonWireless site. Unfortunately, only the black and white models are currently in stock, with the cyan, red and yellow versions all backordered and expected to ship in one to two weeks.

The Lumia 920 is the high-end entry in Nokia's new line of Windows Phone 8 handsets, touting a 4.5-inch 1280x768 PureMotion HD+ display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8.7-megapixel PureView camera, 4G LTE connectivity on AT&T and a 2,000mAh battery. It's kind of a bummer to see that Amazon doesn't have any stock of the cyan, red or yellow 920s in stock, but if a white or black unit works for you, $49.99 is a tough price to beat for a week-old smartphone with a feature set like the Lumia 920's. Any of you out there already have a 920? If so, what do you think of it?
