Earlier this week we learned that the Samsung Galaxy Note II may be headed to T-Mobile here in the U.S., and now some new leaks have suggested that two more major carriers might offer the newest Note family member. First up, BriefMobile has received several screenshots from a device with the model number SGH-I317 that the site's source claims is AT&T's version of the Note II. The specs listed in the screenshots include a 1280x720 screen resolution, quad-core processor, 4G LTE connectivity and Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. The source of the leak claims that the AT&T model looks identical to the international version and that the device is currently in testing. No specific launch date was given, but the tipster claims that a release will go down "very soon."
It's not only GSM carriers that'll allegedly be offering the Galaxy Note II, though, as an xda-developers user has discovered a device profile that may belong to a Sprint version of the Note II. The model number in the listing is SPH-L900, and according to the page, the L900 will feature a spec sheet that includes an Exynos 4412 processor, 1280x720 display resolution, 8-megapixel rear and 1.9-megapixel front cameras, 16GB storage, 2GB RAM and LTE connectivity. Also said to be included is Android 4.1.1. All of those specs line up with the ones found in the international model that was introduced at IFA 2012.
Samsung launched the Galaxy S III on all four major carriers in the U.S., complete with the same form factor as the international model, so it doesn't seem crazy to think that the company would want to do the same thing for the Galaxy Note II. We've yet to hear any news of a Verizon version of the Note II, but considering that we've already got leaks for three of the big four carriers, it wouldn't be a surprise to see such a device pop up on our radar as well.
