In the past 24 hours we've gotten updates from both AT&T and Sprint on their respective Galaxy S III pre-order situations, and now it's time for a look at how things on Verizon are going. While we've yet to hear anything official on the matter from Verizon, checking out the carrier's website shows that pre-orders of the Galaxy S III are now listed as "Will ship by 7/11." According to a report from Droid-Life, this date only applies to new and recent pre-orders. A document procured by the site shows that pre-orders placed between June 6 and June 13 may ship by July 9, while folks that made their purchase between June 14 and June 18 can expect their device to ship by July 10.
Like AT&T, Verizon has yet to come forward with an actual launch date for its Galaxy S III variant, with the carrier only saying that the phone would be available "in the coming weeks" when it was announced earlier this month. It's unclear when we'll be getting a more concrete date, but for folks that want a Verizon Galaxy S III and would also like an idea of when they'll actually get one, pre-ordering is still an option.
