HTC One S photographed while showing off its Quadrant score and T-Mobile branding

T-Mobile still hasn't given up an official release date for its version of the HTC One S, but so far we've had a handful of videos of the device to keep us busy while we wait. Today another bit of T-Mobile One S goodness has surfaced, as our pals at TmoNews have gotten hold of some shots of the T-Mobile-branded One S in the wild being put to the Quadrant benchmark test. As you can see above, the One S scored a 4,729 in the Quadrant test, which is good news for folks that care about that sort of thing.

The TmoNews report also drops a few interesting tidbits about T-Mobile and the One S as it relates to availability. Magenta is said to have a 180-day exclusive on the One S, meaning that it could be 180 days before we see the device on another carrier. As far as a launch goes, April 22nd is a date that's been kicked around before, but TmoNews says that a launch a few days later on the 25th is also a possibility since Wednesday is a day that T-Mobile typically likes to launch phones on. The lighter version of the One S is reportedly the one that'll be coming in April, while a black version with red accents is said to be due in June.

As a quick refresher, the One S is packing a 4.3-inch 960x540 Super AMOLED display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1,650mAh battery, Android 4.0 beneath Sense 4 and compatibility with T-Mobile's 42Mbps HSPA+ network. The One S may not have as large (or high-res) a display as its One X brother on AT&T, but it's still an impressive handset and should make for a pretty nice addition to the Magenta family when it launches. How many of you are looking forward to the arrival of the One S on T-Mobile?
