Possible HTC Vigor, LG Revolution 2 spec details emerge

Do your ears perk up when you heard the names "HTC Vigor" and "LG Revolution 2?" If so, then you'll be glad to know that sources speaking with Droid-Life are reporting that builds of both devices are beginning to make their way into the wild. Those same sources also supplied some rumored specs for both the Vigor and Rev 2:

  • HTC Vigor: 4.3-inch 1280x720 (720p HD) display, dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 8-megapixel camera, 2-megapixel front-facing shooter, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, and Android 2.3.4 running beneath Sense 3.5. Described as being similar in size and shape to the ThunderBolt, sans kickstand. Also said to be a Beats by Dre device, which will include the Beats logo in the Vigor's startup sequence.
  • LG Revolution 2: 4.5-inch HD screen, 4G LTE connectivity, and an "incredibly thin" body.

The folks at Droid-Life are also claiming that the Samsung Stratosphere will likely be the Epic 4G-like SCH-i405 QWERTY slider that leaked last month, not Verizon's Galaxy S II variant like some had speculated. The Stratosphere's rumored September 8th launch date was also corroborated by the site's tipsters.

These rumored HTC Vigor features match up with ones we've heard in the past, but this is the first time that anything Revolution 2 spec-related has been mentioned. If these reported specs for both devices hold true, though, it's looking like October is going to be an exciting and expensive month for high-end Android addicts on Verizon. Stay tuned.
