We've already been treated to an array of shots of the Motorola DROID X2/DROID X², both in the wild and in official press images, but information about what's inside it has been a little more scarce. That changes today, though, as the folks at Pocketnow have procured a rather official-looking spec sheet for the device which gives us a lengthy rundown on exactly what makes the X2 tick. According to the document, the DROID X2 will feature a 4.3-inch 960x540 qHD display, dual-core 1GHz Tegra 2 processor, 8-megapixel camerai with dual LED flash and 720p video capture, 512MB RAM, 8GB of built-in storage, EV-DO Rev. A connectivity (no LTE here), and Android 2.2.
Some of those specs are ones that we've heard in various reports in the past, but it's nice to see them all laid out before us on an official spec sheet. Now that we know just about everything there is to know about the DROID X2, save for when it'll be launching, it's time to begin wondering whether or not it's a right fit for you. Sure, it's a pretty nice little big smartphone, but is it enough of an upgrade from the DROID X to consider buying, especially with devices like the ThunderBolt already here and a revised DROID Bionic on the horizon?
