Apple makes iOS 4.3.1 available to the masses

Earlier this week, a rumor claimed that iOS 4.3.1 would be along in a week or two and, well, here it is. Apple just made iOS 4.3.1 available to the GSM versions of the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS, as well as both iPads and the fourth-gen iPod Touch. The fixes found in 4.3.1 are:

  • Fixes an occasional graphics glitch on iPod touch (4th generation)
  • Resolves bugs related to activating and connecting to some cellular networks
  • Fixes image flicker when using Apple Digital AV Adapter with some TVs
  • Resolves an issue authenticating with some enterprise web services

As always, folks that rely on a jailbroken iOS device should probably stay away from 4.3.1 for the time being. The rest of you, or at least those of you that own one of the above devices (like Verizon iPhone users), feel free to update away. Everyone else, care to take a guess as to when those of us with a VeriPhone will get in on the iOS update fun?
