Samsung Vibrant 4G leaks with 21.1Mbps HSPA+ and Froyo

We originally heard about the Samsung Vibrant Plus just about a week ago, but now the handset is the star of a much more fruitful leak.  Thanks to our friends over at TmoNews, we now know that the Vibrant 4G, as its referred to in a handful of newly leaked images, will likely be one of the first T-Mobile phones to support 21.1Mbps HSPA+ speeds.  Other features of the Vibrant 4G not found on the original model include a front-facing camera and Android 2.2, which I'm sure will delight all of the other Galaxy S owners out there.  There's also a 1GHz core, 4-inch 800x480 Super AMOLED display, 5 megapixel camera, 16GB of memory and, if that's not enough to get you interested, T-Mo and Samsung are also throwing in a free copy of Inception.  There's no word on availability or price, but it sounds like we'll be seeing the Vibrant 4G sooner rather than later.

The Vibrant 4G likely doesn't boast enough upgrades over the OG Vibrant to warrant an upgrade, but for those of us that haven't already picked up a Galaxy S phone, it sounds like a pretty hot device.  Then again, I've got a feeling that at least some users are feeling a bit burned by Sammy's inability to upgrade to the Galaxy S handsets already on the market or have at least heard about it, so they may not want to upgrade no matter what the Vibrant 4G has under its hood.  The good news here for you current Vibrant owners is that, if Samsung is planning to load the Vibrant 4G up with Froyo, perhaps an upgrade for Eclair-equipped handset coming soon, too.
