Dell Venue official: Android, 4.1-inch AMOLED display, 1GHz core

Love the Dell Venue Pro's look and feel, but prefer Google to Microsoft?  The just-announced Dell Venue is the device for you, my friend.  Much like its keyboarded brother, the Venue sports a 4.1-inch 800x480 AMOLED display complete with Gorilla Glass and a 1GHz processor.  Other specs we've heard in the past include 1GB of storage, 512MB of RAM, 8 megapixel camera and Dell's Stage UI running on top of Android 2.2 (much like the Streak 7).   Pricing and availability will be revealed in the coming weeks.  The full press release can be found below, which you can read over and over to keep you busy while waiting for more Venue details to emerge.

There's been no word on which carriers will offer the Android-powered Venue here in the U.S., but considering that we've seen Dell products on both AT&T and T-Mobile, I wouldn't be shocked if at least one of them nabbed the device.  Plus, there's the fact that the Venue was recently spotted in the the FCC with 3G bands compatible with both carriers.  So, what are your first impressions of the Dell Venue?  How does it stack up to the other new Android phones revealed at CES?
