Best Buy accepting pre-orders for HTC EVO 4G

Want to be the first to own an HTC EVO 4G on Sprint's Now Network?  Heck, forget about being the first, do you want to even have a chance at getting this thing?  If it's anything like it's siblings the HTC HD2 and the HTC DROID Incredible, this bad boy will be out of stock within five minutes of going on sale.  Lines outside of stores are likely to be reminiscent of midnight Star Wars releases.  You might even see that guy who camped outside the Apple store in NY waiting to be the first to get his iPad.  But I digress.

Today, those of you who have been waiting since CTIA to have access to the first 4G phone in the US (whatever that really means), will be able to seal your fate in advance by heading on over to Best Buy and saying goodbye to your hard-earned $199 (plus applicable taxes and fees - ala lawyers).  Notice I said "heading on over to," that means you can't pre-order the phone on-line, so you've gotta put down the remote and subject your fair skin to the elements.  There is a benefit to this, however, Best Buy is notorious for eliminating the annoying step of actually having to mail in the mail-in-rebate form, and instead gives you the same discount instantly.  So you'll actually be able to get your EVO 4G for $199 right then and there, and never look back.  And that's all I have to say about that!

Oh look, just as I was about to send this to press, Best Buy Mobile tweeted what I just got done saying.  So who's packing their camping gear?  Humor us in the comments!
