JD Powers give Verizon top honors

For the first time in the last five periods, Verizon edges out T-Mobile for the top spot on the J-Powers Association customer satisfaction survey. Verizon scored a 726 out of 1000 while T-Mobile followed closely with 725 points. Rounding out the top 5 AT&T, Alltel and not surprisingly Sprint-Nextel brought up the rear, each scored 708, 695, and 679 respectively. Unfortunately the survey also represents a steady decline in overall customer satisfaction ? down 7 points since the last reporting period alone!

If you were able to change one thing about the customer service your current carrier provides - what would it be?
