HTC Hero un-vanilla-boxing

Is it an unboxing if there isn't any box art? It is cardboard folded into a squarish container, after all. So we got the European version, which, for us, means no manuals, no ultra slick packaging, etc. But I suppose it's fitting for my first unboxing. Noah will surely provide a more entertaining  video as soon as he gets the device. But before that, I need to dig into the software and see what Sense is all about. More videos coming soon.
