How can HTC improve?

I've just returned from a series of HTC meetings in New York, where I joined a small group of mobile technology journalists to talk about all things HTC - from company strategy to products to services.  It's obvious that HTC's struggling in today's market versus where they were a year ago, but they're doing a lot to bring the company back to where it needs to be.  Being part of the group is a tremendous honor, but I'd love to hear from you as well.  What can HTC improve between their products and services?  Let me know on Twitter (@PhoneDog_Aaron) or on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/phonedog)!
