BLU's latest device, the Vivo IV, is the company's new flagship smartphone. Based on the Gionee S5.5, it's the world's thinnest device at 5.5mm thick and it also packs some flagship specs. For starters, it includes a 1.7GHz octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel camera and a body constructed of metal and Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
