Coverage

The good: Their areas, phones qualities, stores. The bad: They make mistakes on the bill. Summary: Their service areas are bigger than any other carrier right now. I love how no matter where you go, there is almost always a store where you can receive help! We have been using Verizon for almost a year now and will never go back. I only dislike that sometimes we get charged for roaming when we were in a good coverage area.

The good: good service, good ringtonesThe bad: overage charges, 9pm nightsSummary: Verizon is good because you always have serivce . The only bad thing is if you go over your minutes, it costs an arm or a leg, but if you watch your minutes, then they are the best.

Verizon Review

The good: Verizon has the best local wireless service and nationwide. No more roaming charges is a big plus for me!The bad: I wish Verizon would be the sole provider even in Northern Michigan since we spend so much time up there. Would like to have Verizon for all of our phone needs statewide.Summary: Would not change to any other service other than Verizon. No other can compare.

Wonderful Service

The good: Wonderful customer service and wonderful reception for phone service. The bad: Haven't found one yet!Summary: I have had 3 other providers in the past, this is by far the absolute best I have ever had. I have not had the dropped calls or the coverage problems I had in the past. I had one provider, not mentioning any names, that their customer personnel were absolutely RUDE. So the wonderful service with Verizon is something I would not give up!

The good: The best I have used so far.The bad: takes a a long time at the local store to be waited on.Summary: My son and I have used this service for over 3 years now and have the best service as cell phone carriers go. We have tried T-Mobile and have did not like having dropped calls.

Verizon Customer service is undesireable at most

The good: Easy to get on the phone most of the timeThe bad: Uncooperative, unwilling to listen, unwilling to budge when they think they can get money out of youSummary: Cancelled service in Nov and agreed to pay early termination fee. Come the following March and after MANY, MANY, MANY PHONE CALLS and continual monthly billing on TOP of termination fee, they handed us over to a collection company. Tried to explain that we turned the service off in Nov and should NOT have been billed all those months but NO ONE from reps to supervisors would listen. Not until we turned it over to our local Action 9 news station to handle. IMMEDIATELY they were able to resolve this problem in a weeks time. Something we couldn't do in almost a year. I will NEVER deal with Verizon again. I have heard other people say the same of their customer service.

Very Good Coverage

The good: Mostly great receptionVery good share planThe bad: no minimal text plansSummary: With Verizon Wireless I have had a great signal, whether it was after school in the building or driving down route 108 and 32, I almost never lose a call. Verizon Wireless' family share plan is great for our family's three users. We are able to call almost as much as we want and it is only $60 a month.

The good: No Dropped Calls, Best Coverage in the area, good sound qualityThe bad: More expensive then other servicesSummary: I've had AT&T, Nextel, & T-Mobile over the years, and I can honestly say that Verizon has the best coverage of them all. Their customer service is terrible though, and I find them a bit expensive. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Alot of my friends use differet carriers, and they look to me when they have no service on their phone. Verizon is a great carrier and plan to stay with them forever.
