The good: The coverage is excellent! I barely ever lose service on my samsung phone. There are a few dead spots which occur on my drive to work; however they only last about 15 seconds and then I receive full bars again. The bad: The dead spots are in places where you would not expect them...i.e. In the heart of a town or driving down an open highway.Summary: I am very happy with the Verizon Wireless' coverage in my area. I would recommend it to anyone that is searching for a good provider that has great coverage with very few drop out calls. Their website is also very handy for plan/phone upgrades and to pay your bill online. They also have an extensive array of phones to choose from.

The good: Great service, love the phonesThe bad: Wished they offered better incentives like having a plan that you paid one amount and had unlimited calling or a group of friends that you can call from other carriers that you didn't loose minutes.Summary: I love Verizon, have had their service in two states and love the unbeatable service. I first had them in OK while going to college there and didn?t loose service ? can?t help but love the extended network. I took it all over that state and I got service in areas I thought I wouldn?t.Came back to SC and even though I visit different states I have service and don?t get dropped calls. I don?t know what they are feeding to their Customer Service workers but I want some, they are always helpful, don?t try to sell you stuff each time you call. Instead they help with what you call in on and that?s it. Thanks?? customer service representatives of Verizon.

When a mistake was made on my bill, they gave me no problems fixing it right away. They are willing to work with the coustomer when finances are a problem. The service coverage is great, very few dropped calls. Many plans to choose from and you may change plans anytime without penalty. I give Verizon a 10 rating.

The good: good screen, big numbersThe bad: noneSummary: Good phone for the money. It has Get It Now, mobile web and alot of other useful features for people on the go. It has a very good camera with videos. It really needs a card to be able to get a lot of pics and videos on the phone.
