Very Happy

The good: I am very happy with my service. I have been able to go anywhere and have a signal.The bad: In some stores the signal is weak, but that is with any carrier.Summary: I highly recommend Verizon and have had 2 family members switch over. Very good customer service.

verizon-just fair

The good: pretty good coverageThe bad: lots of drop outsSummary: Been with Verizon for over 4 yrs and their customer service is pretty good. They go out of their way to be helpful but I travel between LA and SF once a month on Hwy 5 and I get a lot of dropouts on the road which is very annoying and even a few here in the bay area.

The good: verizon has been wonderful to me and my husband.. we love the service, have no complaints what so ever.. i'll never switch again.... they are awesome The bad: really have not found any.... we are very happy with our serviceSummary: we've been with verizon since dec of 05... we have had nothing but wonderful service... atleast we have found a good, honest cell phone company...

The Best There Is

The good: Great customer service, always there when I need them, great rate plans, no dropped calls, never over charged me for a phone or service, have the services and features I want and like. Thanks Verizon!The bad: No complaints.Summary: I've been with Verizon for about 3.5 years and the entire time they have done wonders for me helping me out whenever possible. I recently had hooked up a second phone with Sprint and that was my worst mistake. Overcharged for a phone, poor customer service, had to cut that phone off just to get my money back that they over charged me. Glad I have Verizon.

Can You Hear Me Now? Of Course.

The good: Service is reliable and great for basic needs. "In" plan is great too.The bad: Don't like the service at some local stores, but besides that it's a great carrier.Summary: Verizon offers some really good coverage and a great "In" plan. I like to talk for free on my cell phone with my friends, and all calls after 9:00 are free also..great for Friday and Saturday night plans. I think this is a great service at a relatively good price.

The good: Great connection, no dropped calls, clear reception, good customer serviceThe bad: After you save too many voice messages, every time you get a new voice message you have to go through all the saved ones to reach the newest ones. That is really irritating and wastes so much time.Summary: I honestly am quite satisfied with my carrier and service. I've been using Verizon Wireless for over three years now and will probably stay with them for years to come.

Service woes

The good: Phones are niceThe bad: service is badSummary: Well I noticed that when I was in certain places, like someone's house I couldn't get a signal. I would have to literally use someone else's phone to make calls although we were in the same place because they had service. Alot of times I would be talking and my call would just drop. Other times I have messages that I wasn't notified of until hours and one time a day later.I had to switch,I just couldn't take it anymore just to frustrating.

Two Thumbs Up!

The good: Switching to Verizon was fast and painless. No more dropped calls indoors. No more loss of service during bad weather. When the bills come, there are no surprises, no sneaky charges or fees that keep climbing. Customer Service reps all speak understandable English - and I only need them when I want to make a payment by phone.The bad: I have encountered no drawbacks during the 10 months I've been with Verizon Wireless.Summary: Verizon is reputable, they won't close up shop when you go looking for a dealer for accessories. Verizon has all the plans you could want to choose from, at very reasonable rates. What they promote, they provide.
