Horrible Customer Service Should be out of business. I would give it a 0 if I could.

throw the damn phone away as it is worth much less than a piece of crap. Save you money for something better. Tracfone sucks and their customer service speak little English anyway. Fools they all are.

Purchased new phone for Bluetooth. Battery lasted 2 days. Called got new battery and it lasted 2 days. Got new phone. Four tries to get phone number transfered no good. Phone indicates one number but caller ID says it's another number. Was on the phone with them for 4.5 hours with no resolution. Asked for someone to talk to that was in America. Agent said I was, CENTRAL AMERICA, Hondurus. Forum web site is useless. Auto response from computer and all issues have to be taken using PM which never get returned. Worst service from a vendor I have ever had.

I've been through 3 nokia phones with them. My phone number displays wrong, and today my phone randomly lost 80 minutes while i slept for 4 hours. I woke up to have 0.06 minutes. I was by customer service managers' manager that I actually had 35 minutes left because I used my browser. I suggest do NOT get a tracfone. Talking connection is great on the phone, if you can actually use it! My phone displayed the wrong phone number to me for 6 months. It told me one but it called with another phone number. Customer service had attempted to fix it but no success. I have a laundry list of issues with this company. Even when i first got my tracfone, it took forever to set it up. It turned out that the first phone i bought in stores was bad as well as the sim card the supplied was bad. I had to wait weeks for them to sed me new products which have been replaced several times. Overall rating is a 0 in my opinion. I really never bother to do reviews for this sort of thing, but I highly suggest that you do not purchase Tracfone!!! Hope to save you a headache.
