worst phone company

When i signed up for t mobile, they made me put a $50 dollar deposit, which i was told i would get back after 12 months of service. However I Had to call multiple times to get that back. A few months later I called again asked about termination fees and they finally gave me a $50 dollar credit on my bill and $50 dollar rebate card. However I terminated a month later and they charged me an extra $50 on top of my termination fees + final bill and said I underpaid on one of my bills. I fought this with customer service a few times and they wouldn't budge. They said there was no record that i was supposed to get both and it was a system error that I got both. I will never go with t mobile again. They will try and charge u for every penny. No wonder at&t didnt wanna merge with them

guaranteed you will regret once you sign a contract

I speak from from the heart, i signed up with them 6 months ago thinking they have the best deals, but I'll make this short as possible, their GPS sucks, too many drop calls, bad customer service,(NO it's not the phone, I tried different phones too) first month they will give you their best customer service, then you are stuck with their contract after 30 days this is when their real color comes out) don't believe their sales reps, they will tell you anything to sell the phone to get their commission, do your research before you sign a contract, or else they will drain your money monthly, you wont see it on your first month but you will start to see it on your 2nd or 3rd month, i had at&t, sprint and verizon before, but out of all had the worse experience with T mobile by far, if i can help at least one person from getting screwed this will be it.

Mother passed on, Called Tmobile the next day to inform them of the passing. But she was still being charged even after that day. In formed on 12 nov 2012, Tmobile charged to 21 dec 2012.

T-Mobile provides consistent, fast HSPA+ coverage, good customer service, and their Monthly4G plans are an incredible value. I highly recommend them!

T-Mobile Sim Unlock Request

Purchased phone through Ebay..faxed TMobile everything they needed for Unlock code to use with another Network. The phone was originally purchased by previous Owner at a T-Mobile Retailer with T-Mobile inscribed on phone. 3 weeks later after several phone calls and pleads to their Customer Service Team... this is the response I received:T-Mobile Sim Unlock Request Sim Unlock Reference: 5601592 Unlock Code: ***Full MSRP Not Paid*** Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile. We have received your fax. After review of the receipt we are unable to provide you with an unlock code. The device was not purchased from a T-Mobile USA retail store or authorized T-Mobile retailer. You may contact us at 1-800-937-8997, www.T-Mobile.com or visit a T-Mobile store or Authorized dealer to activate service. Once service is activated and requirements are met, we can review your account further for approval of the SIM Unlock code Thank You, Sim Unlock Department T-Mobile USA, Inc. But they can activate service to us if we want it...Hell no!

Don't be fooled by the pretty girl on the TV commercials, T-Mobile has the worst customer service ever and they will lie, cheat, steal to get your business. STAY AWAY!

tmobile taking advantage of the elderly!!!!!!!!!!!!

T mobile is the worst service ever. My grandmother has had an acct with them for the last eleven years and she recently verbally agreed to 2 more years in a verbal contract yet she does not even have a phone that works properly. All they offered her is a phone on a payment plan after she has not had an upgrade in over 7 years ....pathetic.... they sure do not miss billing her yet wont even offer her an up[grade that was rightfully hers before they got her to sign up for some two year plan that made her no longer able to get one....... To take advantage of seniors is really low!!!!!!!!!!!!!! besides the fact that there service is the worst... Verizon here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible Service!

T-Mobile is the worst telephone company out there. Poor service, failed to recognize my cancellation and continued to bill me. the worst! Do not use T-Mobile if you want to rely on your cellular.

Customer Service terrible!

I was told by T-mobile before canceling my service that if I gave them a heads up that I'd be canceling mid-cycle that they would prorate my bill once I received the final bill. I spent one hour trying to resolve this. First, while awaiting a supervisor, I was hung up on (and not called back). After spending an additional 30+ minutes on hold, I was told by a supervisor (Nick A.) that even though I only used 8 days of service during my last month that they would not be prorating my bill. Boy, am I ever glad I switched over to Verizon! Goodbye, T-mobile!
