I signed my soul to the devil

Posted on: January 4th, 2007 by Jenny Smith

The good: InexpensiveThe bad: terrible customer service-- representatives are unknowledgeable, systems are constantly down, totally unprofessional. Constantly experiencing dropped calls, poor reception, and the phone doesn't always work! Summary: I had my phone stolen and international calls were made out immediately. I called to report my phone stolen, and never once was I told that they needed verbal authorization to suspend my phone line. Being a new customer, and with TMOBILEs reputation for having great customer service, I assumed that was a good indication. However, two more international phone calls were made after. I called to ask what could be done, and the representative told me they could credit my account and I had nothing to worry about, and apologized for not being properly informed about their policies. A month after, I come to find my bill to be over two hundred dollars because they never credited my account. I called to ask if the bill was accurate, and the representative told me that I had to speak to the representative from the month prior to get it resolved. I waited for the call, missed it, and it was on my voicemail when I was informed that they were taking back the credit because of policy-- never once telling me! I called later on, and they could not find my bill in the system, told me they would call back, but never did, I talked to about 4 other representatives and all things said were inconsistent. Finally, one customer service rep. credited my account at 12:15 am, in less than 10 minutes. I spent the entire day trying to get it fixed, and it all could have been avoided if it was done properly the first time. JUST DON'T DO IT!!!

The good: Network, reliable, cheap in price, has many roaming partners at no extra charge, great customer service, great phones, it works great internationallyThe bad: Individual plans do not come with free Mobile2mobileSummary: T-Mobile is the best, every year their network keeps getting better and better. I have been with them since the voicestream days, they will help you out in whatever you need and the network is very realible.

Never Again

Posted on: December 21st, 2006 by Earl Conrad

The good: CheapThe bad: Poor coverage, Poor customer service, dropped callsSummary: After being told that the tower that services our area has been down for over a week and no time limit as to when it will be back operating I was told that T-Mobile did not have to provide service all the time to its customers. I have a 1000 minute a month plan and could only use about 125 minutes this month. That shows the type of coverage that I am recieving.

T-Mobile going down

Posted on: December 12th, 2006 by Ahmed Safwat

The good: Good promotion and flexible plansThe bad: Bad coverage - Customer service listens well but takes no actionSummary: I had one year contract with T-Mobile. Some areas are not covered and the carrier changes to AT&T. I had no coverage at all over the I-30W (from Amarillo, TX to Santa Fe, NM). When it was time for my contract to end, I called customer service so as no to extend my service, but they still kept billing me even I didnt have service. I called several times, they said: Oh we found our problem and it will not be repeated. However, I got bills for 3 months till they finally decided to end my suffer. Advice: dont make contract with them or if you already have it, shift to cingular.

T-Mobile Service

Posted on: December 12th, 2006 by Rahul Shial

The good: No missed calls. The bad: Don't seem to experience any at this timeSummary: T-Mobile offers good service and affordable plans. The plus point is that the cell phone can be unlocked and taken across the world who offer GSM service, so the cell phone does not go to waste.

The good: Cheap, only option with 1 year contract,GSM technology makes it universalThe bad: call dropping , reduced network coverageSummary: T-mobile is a good option for cell phones if you are looking for short term contracts like a year. They aslo have good minute plans and offer is very cheap at times. The service is pretty good. However the network coverage leavs lot to be desired specially when you are in restaurants or buildings.

Up & Down Service

Posted on: December 4th, 2006 by elizabeth wyatt

The good: T Mobile is cheaper than any other carrier. It is also easier for first time customers to get. You rarely ever have droped calls. No Roaming! The bad: Service is sketchy. Unreliable- towers always going down.Summary: At my house, I rarely have service. You can stand outsid eeven in one place & have 4 bars on second & none the next. It jumps back & fourth like its playing hop scotch. I just would like to be able to have steady service near my home. We thought it might be the phone so i bought a new one, and it still does it. it's deffinately t mobile.

T-Mobile, Saint Cloud, MN Area.

Posted on: November 27th, 2006 by Jordan N

The good: Great Prices, leading in my area.Awesome Customer ServiceMany plans to pick fromMany of the hottest phonesGreat texting plansMany billing options, by phone, internet, mail, from the handset, etc.The bad: Reseption isn't all it could be, nothing like Verizon, but good for the price charged. T-Mobile always did 1 year contracts, but now they just switched to 2 year contracts. Summary: T-Mobile is an overall good company. They have wonderful customer service. You may have to wait on hold for 5-10 min to get a rep, but once you are talking to one, he is usually very helpful. I have had problems with a 3rd party seller adding to my contract, one call to cust. service fixed that with no problems. My hadset was not responding correctly once, I called in and within 10 min, all my problems were solved. They have very knowadgeable reps. Keeping in mind the price of T-Mobile plans and their quality, T-Mobile is a great value. The plans are cheap, and the service is pretty good, only on some country roads does my phone not respond.
