Heads up on Tmobile

Posted on: August 19th, 2006 by Valerie Hall

The good: plans at an ok cost, nice add onsThe bad: costs, technical problems, etcSummary: Tmobile is better then some companies but also worse then some. If you go over on your set minutes its 40 cents/minute. Which can add up. It should be like others and automatically swith to the next plan. Their customer service is poor. Customers experience a lot of dropped calls, and busy signals. Add ons are a little pricey. They need a wider variety of products, and for cheaper.

Siemens Phone

Posted on: August 17th, 2006 by shawn irons

This phone is horrible, it constantly shuts off, if you graze the button on the side it shuts off, to find your phone numbers and address is difficult and to top it off this phone has no battery life. I do not recommend it.

T-Mobile Loses Signal Indoors - A LOT

Posted on: August 17th, 2006 by Kim Kindrew

The good: For the most part, T-Mobile is great. Good family plan, great network, free nights and weekends - comparable to other plans. The bad: No signal in food lion, where I work, and in the boonies!Summary: I can't make phone calls from my office, or even from the grocery store because of loss of signal. I don't know if T-Mobile has a sensitive signal that doesn't go through concrete. Even in my own house, the reception is bad. I wish it was better.

T-Mobile

Posted on: August 17th, 2006 by Marconi Hernandez

The good: Plans to suite everyonegreat servicebest customer careplans that give you a lot for you moneyThe Sidekick 3The bad: Limited phone selectionSummary: T-Mobile to me is by far the best service provider in the market today, especially for the younger crowed (13-26). People that are in school (college) would know that every penny counts and with T-Mobile thats what you get. No other company can match there plans and rates. I currently am using the Sidekick 3 and love it. The service is great and you can't beat their customer service.

T-Mobile Service as a Student

Posted on: August 16th, 2006 by Skyler Auansakul

The good: Inexpensive Compared to other carriers.Flexible in plans.More Minutes for less.Shared plans a bargain.Great Customer Service. The bad: The reception not stable.Coverage area limited .Limited reception inside buildings.Summary: T-mobile is a great carrier that allows for flexibility in service. Customer service is one of their main goals and it shows. Cheap service along with great customer service makes T-mobile a great buy.

The breakdown on T-mobile

Posted on: August 16th, 2006 by Anonymous

The good: great plan price, family min. free t-mobile to t-mobile calls. The bad: sooooo many dropped calls, bad conection during rain and storms, in many places we have no service at all.Summary: This will be the end, when our contract is up we will be switching phone carriers. In my own house (in a neighborhood in the middle of the city) I have dead spots where I drop the call or the connection becomes so bad I can not hear. Many times I have to stand on the front porch to hear the other person. My husband works in Pungo and just over the border in North Carolina and we can not reach each other in both places - at all ever (dead spots). When I call to check on problems I am on hold for ages most times and when I do get through they always say they don't see a problem so it must be from my phone and they try to sell me a new one. I have had three different phones from them and all of them have the same problem? I think not it is poor service in this and surrounding areas. My advice if your looking for cheap this is the place to come but you do get what you pay for.

Bad Reception

Posted on: August 16th, 2006 by Anonymous

The good: Great phone selection and good customer service! The bad: Rates are slightly expensive!Summary: T-Mobile has a good selections of phones to choose from, and great geographical coverage areas. However, there are certain areas (for example, my apartment) that I just simply can't get any signals. I tried to go on T-Mobile's website and checked the signal strength for my zip code, my apartment has really high signal strength according to the website. But truth is, as soon as I turn into my apartment complex, the signal starts to drop and eventually the call is dropped. That's the only bad thing I can say about T-Mobile.

T-Mobile South Beloit Customer

Posted on: August 16th, 2006 by chad toye

The good: The sales rep was very thorough in helping me make my choice of plan. No credit check was required, all that was needed was my signature. The bad: The coverage is very sporadic in the areas I use my phone the most. I often have to ask the person on the other end to repeat what they have said. Dropped calls.Summary: I like the rates/plans, and the customer support is top notch, but they need better coverage.

Not too bad

Posted on: August 16th, 2006 by Robin Clute

The good: Got just what I was promised - free phone, free car charger, and price was what I was quoted. Service has been consistant in areas where signal is strong. The bad: Signal in my area is relatively weak. Need more antennas outside of metro areas.Summary: I would recommend TMobile to anyone who asks me, especially if they live in a city. I've had service for eight months now, and although the signal is not very strong in my suburban town, it generally works with no problems. I've even taken it to Canada and used it there with no difficulties. The few times I had questions, they were answered on their website, or easily obtained from calling the customer service department.

Great customer service

Posted on: August 14th, 2006 by D Griffith

The good: top customer serviceThe bad: noneSummary: Everytime I have needed to call their customer service, they treat me really well, always work hard to solve the problems and many times have given me credits or extra minutes for 'my troubles'. Their service plans are very competitive. I don't see myself changing providers for a long time.
