Excellent!

Posted on: August 17th, 2006 by Dawn Kidle

The good: I have never had any problems with Sprint. They have always been able to handle my concerns fairly quickly and the price I pay is perfect for all the nice features I receive. The bad: For some reason where I live I only get one bar even though I am only 2 miles from the Interstate.Summary: Overall, I will continue my business with Sprint because I am very satisfied with the service, phone, and price. My two year contract is up fairly soon and I am looking forward to upgrading my phone and signing on for there new power vision.

Sprint PCS Service

Posted on: August 17th, 2006 by Jessie Rice

The good: Customer service is helpfulThe bad: CS is helpful if you don't mind waiting for 15 minutes or more. Summary: For the last serveral months, I have been having quite a few billing problems. The customer reps have been very helpful in removing the charges. However, there seems to be a different problem every month on my bill.

Unhappy

The good: reasonable enough I supposeThe bad: will cut you off if you go over your minutes, won't change your minutes unless your upgrade (just don't like having phone cut off if I go over my minutes)Summary: I was locked into a contract that just ended and I was thankful because the biggest problem I was having was, everytime I would go over on my minutes; they would cut my service off. I was fine with paying for the extra minutes, but they wouldn't change it. So now, I have moved to a better carrier that charges me for my extra minutes instead of cutting me off.

sprint pcs

Posted on: August 16th, 2006 by Annette Behning

The good: I like the color and the size and it is easy to use. The sound is clear and easy to hear. The bad: It should be smaller and more compactSummary: I have had a lot of cell phones and I like this one the best but the price of the service could be a little more affortable. I think you should make one that comes with changeable faces so you can change the color or style of the face or have one you can design yourself. It would also be nice to make the charger built into the phone and the plug colapes into the phone like the charger for the digital cameras.

Sprint works... yes it can

Posted on: August 15th, 2006 by Mark Berkovic

The good: Good reception.. clear calls... easy account managing!!The bad: Goes into roam every once in a whileSummary: I have been using "Sprint Pcs" for about 9 Months now, and never had any problems. Sprint to Sprint calls are free!! And it is easy to find out how many mins. are used even if you have a family plan! It's cheaper than other providers and easier to manage. Highly recommended!!

One of the Best

Posted on: August 14th, 2006 by Randy Damicis Jr

The good: Excellent CoverageGreat PlanThe bad: Billing could be rather tricky and they don't credit your account when required. They instead wait for you to call. CSR could use some improving.Summary: I've had Sprint PCS teamed with the Sanyo SCP-8100 for over 2yrs now. I absolutly love this phone and the coverage that it provides. I just recently received an excellent plan when my contract expired. It's 500min, nights starting at 7pm and weekends, PCS Vision, picture mail, mobile to mobile, all for $30 before taxes. I refuse to go to another carrier.

Sprint review

Posted on: August 10th, 2006 by Jill Carter

The good: Fair and flexible plan- don't have to pay huge charges for going over my plan minutes as it changes plans for you. Can pay the bill online with a credit card. Phone doesn't roam often and phone makes you press an extra button to answer or place calls when you are roaming so that you know. The bad: Drops calls whenever anywhere near mountains (but I guess all providers do). Also drops calls in Antioch for some odd reason. Roaming charges are outrageous.Summary: Overall the service is good. A little high priced compared to some of its competitors. Less offers for existing customers as well. The phone works in most places most of the time.

The good: Sprint Has Good Customer Service And Affordable Phone Plans. The bad: Sprint Towers Are Not Everywhere And Thus Bad Reception Occurs.Summary: Sprint Has Good Customer Service And Affordable Phone Plans. They always make sure that your comfortable with the service and answer all complaints in a timely fashion. Sprint Towers Are Not Everywhere And Thus Bad Reception Occurs. This is an inconvenience especially if you travel alot.

Sprint PCS Coverage in Austin, TX

Posted on: August 5th, 2006 by Thomas Whalen

The good: Normally dependable. The bad: Signal seems to just "drop" sometimes for no apparent reason. Doesn't happen a lot, but enough to get me flustered.Summary: Not much to say, I mean it is only about cell phone coverage. I guess what my final summary would be that I only use Sprint PCS because I am on a family share plan and it is cheap for me (guess I get what I pay for). If I was the primary account holder for this phone I would go elsewhere for service.
