The good: good coverage areas and good customer serviceThe bad: bad plans and roaming charges are high and overagesSummary: I liked Sprint at first then their services went bad. they have spending limits that cut you off and high roaming and overage charges

The good: Really Easy Texting , very friendly customer service , very user-friendly , really for anybodyThe bad: Only Some dropped callsSummary: All in all Sprint PCS brings a lot into people and choosing their phone carrier. As they have many services to try and help you in any situations. Always being friendly even when in a tense situation.

Sprint Service - Average

The good: Sprint gives great coverage on or near the interstate. The bad: The signal gets weak when in deep residential and areas or the farther you get from the interstate. The customer support could be a little better as well. They are very in-congruent. You can call two times and get 2 answers for the same issue.Summary: Overall I have been pretty content with SprintPCS for my business. We have a business account with 10+ phones.

Not too happy locally

The good: Great family plan and nationwide service area.The bad: Not so good local service area. Something wrong with phone at least 1-2 times a year.Summary: My husband uses his phone mostly out of state and has great luck with towers. However, I use mine primarily in our home area and I don't get good service.There is constantly something wrong with my phone and Sprint never wants to "make it right" for me. We usually end up dealing with a distributor (sells service for Sprint and a couple other companies). He is great! For example, I just got a new phone 2 weeks ago because my old one was bad (that we just purchased last year...and they aren't cheap phones!!). Within the first week, we knew something was wrong with the phone (didn't notify me when I had any messages...voice mail, text, etc). We had it almost 2 weeks when we took it back to Sprint. They tested it and verified that something was wrong with it, but would not replace it free of charge! They wanted to give me a refurbished phone at a REDUCED rate! THIS WAS A BRAND NEW PHONE!!!!! We went to the "middle man" at ABC Communications and he took care of it for us! Sprint never wants to back up their phones!

The good: Nice phonesThe bad: Reception Sucks!!!Summary: My former carrier was great. Now with Sprint, every call breaks and drops. Not very happy w/ service.

Generally weak sauce

The good: Great customer service, good coverage in populated areas, great dealsThe bad: Poor coverageSummary: Everything about sprint is great except for the coverage area. Fortunately, I have roaming included in my service plan, so I usually roam when I'm not in a densely populated area.

The good: noneThe bad: Very poor voice quality and connections. Too many dropped calls. Very poor customer service. Summary: Would not recommend Sprint to anyone! Worse service there is.

Sprint Stinks

Sprint Business Plan

The good: I have eight phones on their business plan. They always work with me on trying to fix damaged phones. Sprint also has given me plenty of free phones and good deals on all of the existing numbers. The bad: Their customer service can be a pain at times. On one occasion they locked my account and would only allow my daughter to see it online (She cancelled her phone and I put it on my business account). That took about two days to work out and was quite a hassel. Their store can also be extremly busy and take hours of your time. Other than that, they have done fairly well compared to the other cell phone companies I have used.Summary: All in all, I would recommend Sprint for a small business. They have treated me well in my years with them.
