My Sprint PCS Service

Posted on: September 2nd, 2006 by Mary Jean Glisson

The good: Good packages for family plan, good signals, free nationwide long distance, good customer service, can pay your bills online & download ringtones, screensavers, etc.The bad: noneSummary: I've been with sprint for 4 years. Have upgraded 3 times with the rebate sprint offers every year. My plan is a good price & I'm happy with the service.I don't have any plans on changing service in the near future.

Dropping more calls everyday

Posted on: September 1st, 2006 by Linda Perusse

I have been a customer for approx 10 years. The dropped calls and non-reception is increasingly getting worse by the week. I must call the carrier to have my phone updated, not done automatically through the phone, and this still does not help. Will change carrier when current plan expires.

The good: lots of minutes, good family plan. The bad: bad coverageSummary: I think I am going to switch my carrier. Sprint only works in half my area. The problem is none of the companies work in all the places I need them to.

Sprint Service in New England

Posted on: August 31st, 2006 by Anonymous

The good: works well around my areaThe bad: once out of state service drops off.Summary: The sprint service gives me great service around Connecticut. I travel a lot to Vermont though and up there the service is a little spotty. Some of my friends that are on different carriers have 2-3 bars and I can not get any even if i roam.

coverage and dropped calls

Posted on: August 30th, 2006 by lorenzo evans

The good: the coverage seems to be very good most of the time. There are some places that you lose coverage if you are in the mountains. The bad: Whenever the plan is upgraded or if they make improvements, you have to renew your contract in order to get it.Summary: I think over all the services are good. I just think that the old members should be condered as well as the new.And it would be helpfull if you received a reminder when ever there was a new free update to help with singals.

So So.............

Posted on: August 30th, 2006 by Don Mega

The good: Service works almost everywhere. The bad: Recepition is bad at my house. Midway & LBJ. The roaming service is poor at best is smaller towns.Summary: I am please with the service, but there are too many dead spots for a city of this size. From what I have heard Sprint is about as you can get. I'm not going to switch. What's the point?

SERVICE

Posted on: August 24th, 2006 by Anonymous

The good: The Services provided are great, local long distance and phone as modem plan. Good rates BUTThe bad: The customer service is really bad seems like CSR's get no people training and the accounting(for bill purposes). stinks!!Summary: I've had this service about 4 mths. and I have to have a conversation with them about my min. or my total bill is not correct with very little explanation I've also gotten baited by CSR's trying to give you a free services here and there but what's really happening is that they read just your contract date. they make you feel like you can't trust them and need to be on your toes at all times you have a conversation w/ them.

Reception not great

Posted on: August 23rd, 2006 by John Morris

The good: Not many besides my business pays for the service. The bad: I have a Nextel phone but I believe it is now run by Sprint. I am in Charlotte which a large city yet I can be in a populous place and it will go from 4 bars to 1 bar and keep fluctuating. I can have 4 bars and then next thing I know, it will say I have a missed call or message.Summary: I wish these wireless companies would just give us the correct phone signal needed. There should be no reason there are not enough towers.
