If I could take back going with carrier - I would!

The good: I did receive a nice Motorola cell phone when I signed up for their two year service contract!The bad: I have "never" been billed correctly!Summary: If I could take back the day that I decided to go with Sprint, I would! I have been disappointed since the first month. I love the phones that my family received, but their billing practices are very undesirable and very wrong each month. What I thought would be about $70.00 per month for a family plan of two phones, has never been under $130.00...and each time that I call customer service to correct their mistakes, it turns into a big hassle, it never gets corrected, and I am just plain unhappy with their billing practices and unfairness. I would not recommend this cell phone service to anyone!

Poor Service in Certain Areas

The good: Lowest priced service plans, Service good in most areas, Good customer careThe bad: Poor service inside the houseSummary: I have had their phones for over 5 years now. The service is mostly good. As soon as i enter the house or my development, the signal strength drops drastically. Getting a lot of dropped calls. Customer care couldn't help. Got used to it though. Very good service plans, roaming, nationwide calling and roaming, M2M included on most plans.

Sprint PCS Service in Bedford County

The good: Most areas in Bedford County where I travel, I can get a good clear signal. I work in Lynchburg and get fantastic service there.The bad: The weakest signal that I get is unfortunately in my home.Summary: Overall, I am pleased with the service from Sprint. I would like to get a stronger signal at my home, and will probably get it soon as they are adding new cell towers all the time in our area. When I am traveling, I never lose the signal and I have never had a dropped call, only a weakened signal.

Sprint is great in Las Vegas

The good: Great service, no dropped calls, no staticThe bad: noneSummary: Have been with Sprint for over 3 years now in North Las Vegas. Never have problems with anything, including dropped calls. Not even the least bit of static. I would recommend Sprint for all that live in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

Service Stinks

The good: There aren't any.The bad: Not helpful, overcharge, poor customer service. What else do they offer.Summary: When I signed up for the service, I knew it was too good to be true. I didn't like my phone and when I tried to return it I was hassled by 2 store reps and then 5 - 6 customer service reps. All giving different stories as to what could be done. Lies, lies and more lies. They ended up over charging me for a replacement and then not giving me any of my money back for it. Instead putting it on my account as credit. Yeah they stink.

Billing Mistakes

The good: easy to reach representitiveThe bad: Rep hung up on me, refused to correct billing statement. (offered me minutes instead)Summary: Billing had hidden costs. Not willing to make statement correct. Wouldn't accept promo code until 3 monts after signing up with them.

In Wayne, the service is really bad. I have to put my phone in roaming to even see what time it is on my phone and to receive text messages. I have gotten calls while being in roaming and I don't pick up due to the roaming charges.

The good: Semi good plansThe bad: they never tell you all information, customer service sucksSummary: after my two year agreement is over i am moving to another cell phong carrier. sprint has given me entirely too many problems. the customer service sucks and they never give you all the information.

Coverage area

The good: The I-4 corridor is covered well.The bad: I live less than 2 miles from I-4 and have little or no service at my home.Summary: I think they need to look at where towers are placed in reference to development not just major roads where your not suppose to use your phone w/o hands-free devices.
