YOU HAVE TO FIGHT

Posted on: December 13th, 2006 by Anonymous

The good: The price is the cheapest around, rebates for phones, very military friendlyThe bad: YOU HAVE TO FIGHT to get the service you deserve as a customer. Summary: I was told that picture mail would allow me to send pictures, NOT TRUE I was charged $150 dollars for internet overages. I was told by customer disservice that the charges were legit. I then told the mean woman I didn't want the stupid phones anymore, I had to say that I wanted to be transfered to the retention department where by some miracle I was given $145 in service credits.... hmmmmmm You have to gripe back to beat the crazy system of sprint... BTW if you have an old plan DON'T CHANGE the plans are getting worse, not better

Fair and Flexible Works for Me

Posted on: December 12th, 2006 by Jim Davolt

The good: not restricted to set daytime minutes. if you go over minutes its at a resonable rate. After your service agreement is up you can trade your phone in and get $150 off new one.The bad: Don't really have any cons that i can think of.Summary: I have had Sprint for several years and would recommend to anyone. Sprint's Fair and flexible plan is great. You don't have to worry about going over in minutes because you know it will be at a good rate for your overage. Everytime I needed to change anything or needed help with anything Sprint's personell were always friendly and very knowledgeable. 2 Thumbs up.

SPRINT Wireless service

Posted on: December 12th, 2006 by Lynn Palm

The good: Service is outstanding and very reliable. The bad: Text messages are extra money, even incoming ones.Summary: I recently switched from T-Mobile to Sprint and am thrilled I did so! I got a brand new phone and have unlimited night and weekend minutes, with 200 anytime minutes, all for $30 a month (about $35 with taxes). This plan is an excellent deal and significantly cheaper than comparable ones offered by other carriers.

What service?

Posted on: December 11th, 2006 by Anonymous

The good: People at the Sprint stores are nice and try but.....The bad: You think you have solved a problem only to find out the next month and the next month and the next month it is still a problem and they are not willing to fix it. They just say we are sorry but...... I have heard there is a company that will get you out of the 175 dollar per phone. I am thinking about using them.Summary: I have been with them since 1998. I have 7 phones, and you would think that as much money as I spend I would be treated like royalty. Not so. You are treated like it is a privilege to be a Sprint customer and if you don't like the way we do things there is nothing you can do about it unless of course you would like to pay $150. or $175 per phone to get out of your contract. Costs are always more. A million dropped callls in the last couple of months. Every time you get a new phone they add charges. They even charged me on my 86 year old father's added line a charge for 15.00 for internet and text messaging. Like he would use either one, and there was no adjustment for it at all! They did take out 1 late fee because they were suppose to take it directly out of my acct, and didn't. If you get a discount through your employer, they tell you the date and there is no switching it, even if you only get paid once a month. I would say there isn't a customer service. It is a Sprint service that tells you they are sorry, but there is nothing they can do about it. You are expected to accept this and continue to hassle with them. I am even afraid to talk to them because the problem isn't fixed; it just gets worse. I even tell them, "Don't switch anything on my plan. And surprise I get my bill and there are more problems. Right now I think my problem has been fixed. A lady finally went through the records and found out I was telling the truth. She said she sent it up to her supervisor and the problem would be fixed. I had paid a bill in full only to have my service turned off and asked to pay $577. more. I exploded. My service was turned back on, and they said it was fixed. I wish I could say I thought it was, but I haven't received my next bill yet. I really think this is unacceptable for any customer to be treated like they treat you. The last lady was polite.

Great service

Posted on: October 26th, 2006 by Ivan Yung

The good: With a week RF-holding phone (LG225), have no problem with drop calls, and works everywhere. Fair&Flex plans, night starts at 7pmThe bad: Phone selectionSummary: I'm the kind that wants better service than fancy phones. Plans are affordable (admit it, Cingular's Rollover is a rip-off)

No signal

Posted on: October 19th, 2006 by Jessica Snyder

The good: Good customer service, decent phonesThe bad: No signal almost anywhere, expensive, limited blue tooth, online always broke downSummary: I liked my service when I first got it because we had push to talk and it seemed to work in most places, but then we moved down here. The is no signal anywhere and our bill has almost doubled because of taxes and all. I have trouble getting online to check my information and pay my bill all the time because the online site is always "under construction". It's aggrivating. I don't think others should go with sprint pcs. If I were you I would find a company that actually has some coverage.

Sprint has been reliable and has given me fairly decent service

Posted on: October 19th, 2006 by Larry McClure

The good: Good signal friendly people to talk to about any problemsThe bad: Some dropped callsSummary: I have been satisfied overall but I feel Sprint could do better by putting up more towers so you do not get the dropped calls. A stronger signal would also be appreciated so you can hear better.
