Sprint lied & scammed... plain & simple. We have 3 phones on the 5 lines for $90 plan. We chose 2 free phones so we could get the visa gift cards as we were told at the store in 2 weeks which would make the phones free. The 1st bill was over $200. We were charged activation fees AGAIN which we already paid when we activated the phones, (as seen in the system by the phone representative ) we were charged a $10 shipping fee BECAUSE THE STORE RAN OUT OF THE PHONES!! And the phones were shipped to the store!! We didn't receive the gift cards because we weren't in the system as having the "free" phones so the phone representative had to now put us in the system for theses damn gift cards which won't come for 3 MONTHS!!! Yes.. 90 days!! Then were told that the $90 per month charge is only if we sign up for auto-pay, otherwise the bill is over $160 per month!!! All this for some horrible service where you can't even talk & use the web at the same time which was also NOT disclosed to us. You can talk & surf the web with Cricket, & Metro PCS & Sprint is "supposed " to be a better company! I hate everything about this switch & I'm extremely disappointed & surprised that federal regulations allow you to get away with stealing from consumers, non-disclosure & poor customer service!! Disgusting!!!

Sprint sucks !!!

I was told from sales rep and manager at ocala fl sprint store that I could get a plan with iPhone 6splus and in two weeks come back into the store and trade the iPhone 6 in for the galaxy since they had none in stock I returned and was told that it wasn't possible to do that . I contacted sprints main office went threw that shit nothing could be done ! I have 3 phones unlimited everything currently have over paid $497.34 over the bill so it's never late . At the time I was in the store they technically owed me $560 something . I'm a OTR driver the service is crappy to say the least down town Orlando I loose service , loose service in California la not boondocks cali . I'm currently on wifi at the pilot writing this review I have 4 circles and lte service yet with out wifi I can't connect to internet! As soon as this contract is up I will be putting a 338 lapua round three each of the phones and posting the video on YouTube ! Sprint will never get another penny from me ever !!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any service. First off I asked the how much was the total plan was going to be and because they had a deal he said $45.00 plus tax for a limited 2 GB data plan. When I recieved my bill it was @102.86.So I went to the store again to verify that fact. The other rep said it was for the first two months. I went online to set up my user ID and password the online agent said the it was going to be 102.86 every month. So why did the in-store tell me it was going to be around $45.00 and it actually was 102.86. Hmmmm.... let me see It's because they will tell you anything to sell you a phone. I would advise anyone who visits the Sprint store on 5112 Old Hickory Blvd in Hermitage, Tn. 37076 to avoid this store completely!!!!! they do not tell the truth about what the bill is going to be. Do Not go to this store unless you have the word SUCKER tattooed on your for head. If I had a choice of giving negative stars I would give them negative 5***** altogether. Do not visit this store unless you would like to have a bad experience.

The worst!

I switched my plan over to Sprint, as I was told I had a 14 day buyer remorse period in which if I wasn't satisfied I could return my devices and be refunded my activation fee and service bill. With really bad network coverage and my husband traveling for work I cancelled my plan within 11days and sent the devices back. I am still getting billed 125$ regardless. Upon calling Sprints customer service line, being put on hold continuously, being told I owe 0$ from several representatives, they continue to bill me 125$. I have since been shouted out by their representatives, and passed around with no one willing to put me through to a manager. I have read Sprint's online return policy in which it states I will be refuned my activation fee and monthly bill, which obviously is not the case as I still have an outstanding bill. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT

The very worst customer service I have ever had as well as setting up an account. I've had to speak with one of the C.E.O.'s already which resulted in my account being an escalated account with some unique twists to it... My contract is up now and I'm being penalized for way more than I bargained for and am now being asked to pay over 200.00 in a new plan for three phones... Have already contacted Dan@sprint.com (ceo) and still haven't heard back from him or his team and that's the last person I went too and at such a high level and to call me on a Sunday night to apologize to me about how our account is so messed up... Well now because I was on an escalated account and am waiting for answers from the higher ups I will be charged proration fees... Keeps getting better. My attorney told me to take em to court... Once the CEO called me I decided to not proceed because he was very helpful... Now I am back to the same nuisiance that brought me to the point of seeking legal counsel. Every month there is something wrong with my account and advise and hope you either don't go down this same path or have to deal with what I'm still going through.

Horrible in every way.

I have had sprint now for about 9 months now and Ive had nothing but issues or problems with them and they don't want to fix anything without me paying them some amount of money. They say they can't fix it or the phone needs sent out and they don't loan you a phone or just send you a new one and take back the one you have issues with. Then again they would be doing something that costs them money. I will be switching phone companies immediately. This is ridiculous.

I have had the Worse experience with Sprint since I signed up in December. A now Ex-Employee over the phone signed our family up on a plan that expired, sent me the documents that stated Sprints Promise to uphold the unbeknownst to me Expired plan, only to be charged twice the amount on my bill. Their phone customer service is worthless considering they can't speak or understand English, they have no clue how to answer a minor question such as, "Is your corporate store in Springfield?" .... However I will say that Sprint does hire informative and extremely helpful in store managers....Ben Fisher at the Sprint corporate store in Springfield Mo has been a dream for me and has gone above and beyond in helping get my sprint plan correct. Sprint needs to have Ben get a hold of the customer service and manager crew that deals with people calling in on their 1-800 line and teach them basic English and how to actually help with issues with their service instead of creating more issues for them. Thank You BEN FISHER...ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER AT STORE 3153...I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY PAY YOU...BUT YOU DESERVE A RAISE AND RECOGNITION FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Phone and network issue

I'm a premium customer by sprint long time ago. In the past 2years i always had a problem with my phone to not receive calls, text messages ... Hundred millions times i was complain about it, but they always try to look at me stupid. Finally i found out from a European phone repair and technician my type of phone (LG G4) is factory damaged phone this is why I'm having issues with it from the beginning. They charged to this phone that amount every month what they are doing for a regular good phone. My husband phone is also damaged by end of the contract what is always mysterious why is damaging all the phone to my husband by end of our contract. Customer service always try to wash the company clean ( this is them job , this is why they get payed), but it is more than unabashed already. I'm so dissapointed in the company after almost 5years of customer and i never plan to go back. They are always come up with some excuses, because they do not wanna take responsibility. They offered to me 20$ bonus to my factory damaged phone use till 2years , i lost more than 20$ of business because of that issue. I wanna ask. This is what the premium customer deserve ? Really? I don't need a 20$ bonus,I need a normal service and that's it what I pay for!!

Phone connection problems

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. If you try and call them to terminate your service they will tell you that you have time go into the store to terminate but then when you go in to the store they can't terminate so they make you do all these turn arounds and make it impossible to cancel your service and if you don't have a phone you can use for their service it's stupid cause then you are basically getting charged for nothing by far the worst customer service if you have the choice to avoid this company do so at all costs they just cause your so must frustration and the employees at the Sprint stores a pile of crap if you come into cancel the service they make you call customer care while they sit there and play on their phone the whole time your waiting which is really disrespectful.
