Customer Service is TERRIBLE!

I wanted to cancel my $50 unlimited before it refilled and get the 200 minutes instead. And I called their customer service,awful experience. Your on hold forever. And FINALLY when I talked to a representative he said he could not refund me. Which is really stupid! Because I still wanted to do business with them!! But after that I am done with net10. Do not do business with them! Also their website is confusing!!! It's a hard time just to deactivate your phone. I am switching to Virgin Mobile! Oh and the service for net10 is VERY bad! Do not waste your money or time!

Absolute WASTE of money!

I have had crappy service since I got the phone and constant dropping of calls. When I called customer service to get an unlimited plan they took, literally, 2 full hours to work out a very small and simple problem. They also screw up my transaction then blamed me for the problem and charged me extra. I am VERY unhappy with there service, its NOT worth it. Especially since your paying 50 dollars a month and getting poor results in return. I fully plan on going back to Virgin Mobile ASAP.

Don't waste your money

Our phone is on roam or no service half the time. They argue with me one time for 6 hours before they would admit their rented tower was down. Every time its always the customers fault. After 3 years we are looking for another service.

Don't do it, it's a trap!!

I had net 10 for a year with their easy minutes plan. They took money from my account at the wrong time, over drew my account. They deactivated my phone 3 times for no reason and after being on hold for half an hour I spoke with someone who barely spoke english and had such a bad accent you can't understand them.

Poor Products - Poor customer Service

I recently purchased a net 10 phone The phone had a bad simm card - When I called customer service and gave them the phone brand # model number . They sent the wrong SIOMM card - We are still going back and forth on this. A friend of mine recently bought a Net 10. He was able to activate it but could not make outgoing calls. So after spending $30 on the phone and $20 for a phone card he has a useless piece of JUNK. THINK LONG AND SERIOUSLY about using Net 10 phones and services. I've had nothing but lousy experiences with them

4 days of Cell Phone HELL!

Dropped calls, all I get are fragments of words, too few to figure out what someone is saying. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced!!!!!!

Awesome service

I have been using Net10 for a couple of years now and I love it. I am now using the Samsung Optimus Net and it is awesome. The only complaint I have is that I work in a metal building and don't have service inside. I can live with that. When I switched from non-android to the android, I transferred my number and minutes and it went smoothly. I have not had any problems with customer service. They are great.

I've never needed to call customer service, so I can't respond to the complaints here. But I can tell you that Net10 gave me a voodoo phone. I haven't paid a dime for it since November 2011, and I get unlimited service every month. The coverage is better than T-Mobile and Boost in my area, and crystal clear reception. And did I mention I've had free service for the last seven months?

Bad Andriod Reception and poor service.

I had a non-andriod net10 phone for about a year and was getting tired of it freezing and lagging and so on. I found a good deal and got the net10 lg optimus net. Great phone for about two weeks, then it started freezing and re-booting in the middle of phone calls. It also drops every single call I get with out fail. The activation process was super annoying, I had to go with out service for four hours. When I was so tired of not being able to make phone calls on my phone that I wanted to switch back to my old phone that lagged and froze just so I could actually make a single phone call I was told they would have to send me a new sim card, which would take between 5 and 7 days (of which I am assuming I would not be able to make any phone calls). Basically, I am guess that this is net10's way of forcing people to buy new phones. I am planning on switching my phone service the next chance I get. Lucky for net10, I'm broke, so that might not be immediately.

poor service

over the 8 months with net10 I got dropped twice once I paid by credit card but transation wasn't applied to my account; I then went to automatic credit card payments but the fine print did not explain roaming charges. Here I was out of states and suddenly with no phone trust me Net10 is no bargain..
