Store in Arlington

Posted on: July 17th, 2012 by Anonymous

When I wanted to join MetroPCs, I went to the store in Arlington. Before I went, I already knew what phone and plan I was getting. Then when I arrived I had told he what plan I was getting and then I told he what phones I was getting. Then she said that she had run out of phones. So then I told her I would be back on Tuesday. Then when it was Tuesday I went back and she told me there were no phones but they were coming in on that day. So I asked he to call me when they were in. Then I waited for her to call me but then she never did.

Phone's not bad, but most employees aren't very helpful.

Posted on: July 11th, 2012 by Anonymous

On July 3rd, I bought a Samsung Admire from a Metro PCS store in Philadelphia PA. I'm pretty happy with the phone, however I am not happy with the service I received. The man that serviced me seemed helpful, but I found out that he was just trying to make a sale. He did not explain the billing process to me, and even told me that I paid my bill this month and wouldn't have to pay again until August. After I put my Grandmother on my plan on the 6th, a lady that waited on her told her she would owe $12 for the days until my bill was due, never once telling me that I owed money for my plan still. It wasn't until today that I found out I owed money for my bill. I went up to Metro to find out why I owed money, and finally an employee explained to me every thing about the billing process that I should have known on July 3rd.

Worst service ever

Posted on: July 2nd, 2012 by Kevin Hamilton

I first gotten my Samsung admire from best buy at green acres mall ny, I tried to set it up the first day and already had problems. I went to the store and the man looking like he came straight out of the commercial told me to return it and come to him and buy the phone and he would set it up for me. He also told me that I would get a 50 dollar mail in rebate in 8-10 weeks. It's been over 7 months and I still haven't received anything. I had multiple other problems with the phone and all the man wanted me to do was give hi, money for some b/s I walked out and had to figure it out on my own. Now my phone is dead and won't even charge. Never will I give them another dollar. It's a rip off and a scam. I'd rather go back to boost mobile. Which is not saying great things either

Horrible company, bad customer service

Posted on: June 25th, 2012 by Millie Smith

I have has metro pcs for 2 years now. Can,t stand there customer service it is basicly non existant. There online and phone payment does not work. I am going to change because I am so tired of dealing with this company. Bought a phone from them for $200 and it is horrible- took it back in within the first week of having it and they did nothing to help me-horrible customer service, liars and cheats. I usually pay for 6 months at a time just so I don't have to deal with them. Have finally gottern a belly full and am switching to another company. Don,t use them unless you want to get an ulcer.

Very poor warranty service

Posted on: May 31st, 2012 by Keith Knowles

I bought a HTC Wilfire as a new MetroPCS customer. Three days later I reported a battery charging problem. Was told to wait and see if it reoccurred. It did, so within a week of purchasing the phone I went to a corporate store to report the problem and get a new battery. I was told everything was working, and to come back if the problem reoccurred. Neddles to say, three days later I was back with the same problem. I was told to call HTC and they would tell me what to do. I did. HTC said the battery was obviously defective and had been since day one and to send it back. Unfortuantely. I have to shut my phone off for 7-10 days while the post office does its thing. The bottom line is that MetroPCS does not stand behind the products it sells to you, does not honor its warranties and basically stinks at customer support. I've only had the service for two weeks, so I can't comment on the that, but if you expect MetroPCS to stand behind its products, DON'T!

Good deal for 50 bucks but Service is Crappy

Posted on: May 29th, 2012 by Eugene Santaskas

Hi, I decided to try Metro PCS after being lied to and ripped off over the years by at&t ,t-mobile and sprint, I purchased the Samsung Admire for 120 bucks, I soon realized I could not put a flash player on it, therefore I could not watch streaming video except for Youtube, Netflix would not keep sound sync to video and was jittery slow, I was pissed no Hulu, no News Video etc., then 1 month later metro had the phone for sale at 69 bucks, the internet is so slow it takes minutes to load a page, unless your connected to wifi you cannot play online poker games or anything, when using the GPS it drains the battery so fast you wont make it to your destination, even if you keep it plugged in then it will over heat and freeze up on you, you wont be able to reboot until you remove the case , cover and the battery, kinda sucks when your on a busy road and don't know where you are,I'm sure the 4g is better but who wants to shell out 400 bucks for a phone? I surely don't.,,Take my advice do not buy the Samsung admire Metro PCS made sure the manufacturer tooled the phones so you cannot put a flash player on it, which in turn would use up their bandwidth, But their internet is already worthless unless you have 4g,Its basicly the same speed as AOL dial up used to be.

Best bang for your buck

Posted on: May 19th, 2012 by Richard Russo

After using Sprint and T mobile for a few years I found Metro pcs and I have to say even though their customer service is not very good they give you the best bang for your buck. You have unlimited internet on your smart phone not like these other companies that charge you per usage and the price is literally half the cost.. I recently bought a samsung galaxy attain and i love this phone. I can watch all the online videos i want, stream music and browse web sites with ease. You really need the 4G phones otherwise its not worth it. I understand some of the frustrations that can come with this company but overall it is WAY better than the competition.

a to z wireless and metro pcs are liars, cheats, and thieves

Posted on: May 16th, 2012 by Eric Meadow

I bought a phone and plan after the store agent assured me I owuld get service at my home. I returned the phone and cancelled service after 20 hours under the Metro Promise when I could not get any sevrice. Still waiting for my refund after 2 months, corporate and the store keep pointing the finger at each other, taking no responsibility for the refund issuance. DO NOT USE METRO OR A TO Z WIRELESS, THEY ARE LIARS, CHEATS, AND THIEVES.
