Don't Do It!

Posted on: July 16th, 2012 by Angela Wolf Guthrie

I purchased 2 Boost phones as my brother-in-law has one. I had trouble w/activation and called as my credit card had been charged but the phone not activated. After 30 minutes on the phone, I decided to go to a store. I went to two and called a third. None of them could offer me assistance-well, the first was closed and three customers were waiting outside. I called again. No human could help. I called to return the phones and once again, I've been on hold for 40 minutes and intermittently told to wait a minute. Oh, wait, It's going on 50 minutes on hold. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Let me Tell you

Posted on: June 25th, 2012 by Yesii Tuu Mameeh

You only say that customer rep sucks and that they do this and that...but let me tell you that they work 8 hours taking from 100 to 400 calls a day . some try to be nice to all their cust and try their best to solve the issue . remember this is a prepaid company is not like Verizon or t-Mobil. If you want to get a excellent service change to another company. they are humans and they understand that you have no service but think for one second they just have a system and if your phone is not working they do what the system says to do..if you call and the person you are speaking with does not know a lot of English just tell them to transfer you to the technical department. There are too customer rep...Spanish and English when the English line gets too busy they take some of the people that know a little of English to answer your call.that's why sometimes you get rep that their English is low. And last, when you call they think you are mad at them and not at the company and sometimes that gets them mad too and they don't do their best on helping you...so don't let them know you are mad because is going to get worst..be nice and they will do all they can to help you solve your issue. i would love to see all of you taking call so you can see how hard it is.

Media Mail

Posted on: June 14th, 2012 by Geraldine Morgan Clinton

I have had Boost Mobile and love all the options for the price. BUT....now they are going to stop letting us have Media Mail on our cell phones on 8-20-12. since I use this alot, as well as the rest of my family and friends, I guess it's time to change back to my old provider. You may want to pass this info along too.

There has been no service for boost mobile for about 3 weeks now!!

Posted on: May 27th, 2012 by Mary Nelson

I used to love my Boost Mobile phone. now I am looking to switch to AT&T. There has been little to no service for 3 weeks. I called customer service, good luck with that. they had no clue!!! Their going to lose a lot of customers with there lack of concern. I've been with Boost for 2 yrs and never had a problem.

Used to be great now terrible

Posted on: April 14th, 2012 by Lauren Meier

Ive had boost mobile since 2006. I never had any problems. Service was excellent, customer service was excellent and which ever phone I was using always worked as it was advertised. Then we switched to the Android phone (Ultra) and the service has been terrible. My phone will say I have a great signal but when I go to dial a number or send a text I get a message saying the network is not available. Ive tried calling customer service and I havent been able to get a hold of an actual person at all. I recommended this company to 7 family members who are all over the country and they are all having the same issues so I can rule out that it is just my area. They really used to be great but now they are just terrible. I hate to go back to a plan but for the money I am paying for unlimited service on 3 phones I should be able to make a call and send a text message. I will no longer recommend or use Boost Mobile

Random Boost Messages and Their Excuse for it

Posted on: April 3rd, 2012 by J M

Customer Service SUCKS!!!! They don't know much about their products. BEFORE I upgraded my Android phone, I've been receiving messages from Boost Mobile talking about a plan change. This will happen every so often. I called Customer Service to find out why and they seem to be ignorant of this. Now that I've upgraded my Android they are using that as an excuse as to why my plan kept changing BEFORE the upgrade, which was my first phone with them. Me upgrading made the situation no better, so it made me a jack-*** too. Oh and did I mention it takes FOREVER getting to a representative who feeds you bull crap when you finally reach them? Well I have now.

Watch out for the Pay as you go

Posted on: March 26th, 2012 by Anonymous

I purchased a pay as you go plan ($2/day plan) for my son. I admit that I did not read the fine print but relied on the wireless expert at Target. The plan charges $2 day whether the phone is used or not making it more expensive than their monthly unlimited plan. They would not address why they even offer this plan once I was able to get a hold of their customer service rep. It took me 2 emails and 2 calls before I was actually able to speak to the most unhelpful person. I would recommend to anyone to avoid this company. The do not have their customers interest in mind at all. I cannot wait until Sprint and Boost get acquired by a better company.
