SELFISH AND RUDE

I went to the ATT store last month I bought an iPhone 5 I told the sales person that i wanna switch my number next month casue my contract expires next month he said ok I wen back yesterday to the store around 7 o'clock I talked to the salesperson about the same thking i had said an they dont know what they are doing they only made attention to the people who buy the new phone just so they can get a commission from that. i waited almost 30 min n finally an emplopyee came over and the way she was talking i felt as if they wanted no customer we told her i needa switch my numnber and it looked like she wasnt even interested in helping. even the manager didn't even know what he was doing i am going to disconnect the service because of the rude employees and im gonna inform everyone about my att experience and how they are bad and rude to customers

Worse company ever

I had a contract with them that specified it was 60$ a month, for some reason that amount started to increase till I ended paying 160$. I never was explained why I was getting these amounts of money as a fee and bills, so I cancel my contract with them. They are escammers and they will charge you amounts of money without you knowing where those fees come from. If you use Wi-Fi, they will charge you for the data you use, even if the service is not theirs. If you are an AT&T customer, make sure you check all your bills, you will see there are inconsistencies within the fees.

No Customer Loyalty

I had been a customer of ATT witless for 16 years and AT&T for 31 Years. AT&T cannot waive upgrade fees of $36!! what kind of company is AT&T. Time customers take control and quit AT&T service

HORRIBLE!!!!!

I have been a customer since 2003 and was happy with service even though completely over charged. Now that they make a mistake and disconnect my phone they couldn't even had the courtesy to reverse the ridiculous $40 reconnect fee! I'm done with AT&T

Horrible

Besides the slow connection and the drop of service, their billing is the worst thing I ever experience. Advise, Do not sign up for automatic payment, they will over charge my credit cards, I spent numerous hours and several days on the phone to get straight. a month later they the issue still there and they double charged me again. Today I talked to 6 reps and non of them has clue how the charges mounted from $19.95 for this month bill to a $75.62. I'm baffled !!!!

AT&T is awful

Internet is very slow! it takes a while to load a page even google.com. I'm a student and i cant even do my homework without being just angry at this poor service! opening couple tabs at once is like opening 5 adobe programs! they rip you off! you pay a bill for your frustration. I high recommend you to not get involved in such a poor company like ATT. their policy says that if you pay more you get high internet speed, but that is just a bull! ATT target simple people. are you a simple person?

My husband and I have been customers of AT&T?s for years. In fact, I have had my personal number cell phone number for a solid decade. Four months ago, we moved into our new home, which is situated 10 minutes from the very middle of downtown Akron. Much to our surprise, we have NO cell coverage within the confines of our new home. This results in multiple dropped calls a day. If I?m at work or running around and trying to call my husband on his phone at home, it takes at least 3 or 4 calls just to get the thing to ring. Yesterday alone, I received three voicemails from calls that never rang through, dropped 7 calls and was unable to make calls out for 10 minutes following each dropped call due to no reception. Sometimes, if we want to make a phone call, we have to stand on the front porch or, for even better signal, the front yard. Making calls this winter will be a lot of fun. When we have friends over, who largely have Verizon coverage, we watch in envy as they has decent service while we have a greyed out bar denoting no signal, not even one lousy bar. Upon calling AT&T to address this claim, my husband was rather forcefully and rudely told by the representative that they do not guarantee coverage, and that fact is in our contracts. My husband complained to a manager and was able to have part of one bill reimbursed, but was firmly told that it would not happen again and that we had to purchase our own mini cell tower ($199) that would expand our service. Upon increasing frustration with the service we have been receiving, we reviewed Verizon plans. By switching over, we can save $30 a month, and that?s with the same sized plan and better coverage, but AT&T?s solution is for us to SPEND an additional $200. In any other business, if I were to pay for a service or good and then not receive said service / good, I would expect my money back or would be calling them thieves. So, as I am stuck with AT&T for the next 9 months (lest I have to pay a horrendous early termination fee), I have decided to add my voice to the multitudes of dissatisfied AT&T consumers. Buyers beware: if you are looking for a wireless plan, evade AT&T at all costs! Their prices are higher, coverage lower and customer service is poor! From what I hear from friends and strangers alike, Verizon is the way to go!

Extremely poor

They are rip off when it comes to billing. I was asked to pay $99 because technician showed up to my apt and was never disclosed to me. Please do not sign up with att. They are thieves.

RIPPED OFF by AT&T

AT&T sold me an insurance plan, which I didn't have a problem paying for UNTIL I WENT TO USE IT. What they fail to make known is the HIGH DEDUCTABLE OF $199.00 IF YOU LOOSE A PHONE AND SUBMIT A CLAIM. I never felt so ripped off in my life. Looking for a different company to deal with now. THIS JUST SHOWS HOW MUCH RESPECT AT&T HAS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS - NONE. I FEEL EXTREMELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I HATE AT&T

they are the worst internet service ever!!! they are so slow and their customer service on the phone is based out of India and its literally impossible to understand what the technicians are saying. I had to ask them to repeat themselves about 10 times in one convo!!!! the internet keeps getting slower and slower. it cuts in and out all the time...I am switching to time warner cable
